Jowar roti is another gluten free substitute to regular roti. Here's a tutorial I put together on how to prepare Jowar Roti in Rotimatic.
Again, although it works out good, we would still suggest Rotimatic team to add adequate programming for Jowar flour, as each flour has its own unique viscosity and therefore needs unique machine handling.
