Certain keys on my joyaccess wireless keyboard are not working, do you have any suggestions please? New batteries etc so that's not the issue,only certain keys are not working 🙈

Yes, you can turn off the mouse and only use the keyboard. There is only one usb dongle for both the device

I lost my usb receiver, can I still use the keyboard somehow? or purchase a replacement usb?
