Thanks for your enlightenment. My keyboard has no switch button and I press all keys but doesn't switch on. I connected the dongle to my smart tv. Only my mouse is working with the tv. The keyboard didn't switch on at all

It's not necessary to use the included Bluetooth dongle if the Bluetooth mouse is working fine with your built-in Bluetooth transmitter. It's a good idea to keep that dongle handy, however, for any troubleshooting down the line as needed.

Hi I bought a Kensington pro fit set keyboard on Best Buy, but when I plug the batteries in, a red light pops and then it just disappears and the keyboard never works, however the mouses works fine, what can I do?

Try looking for a reset or connect button on the keyboard. It may be located under the fold-out legs underneath the keyboard or the battery cover. Try pressing and holding for 5 seconds to see if it reconnects to the USB receiver and starts working. If you're within the return window, bring the set into Best Buy for a possible replacement, or contact the manufacturer for additional support.

What platform are you on, if your on windows 10, click the windows key on your keyboard and it’ll say google chrome somewhere, download that and your done

Most wireless keyboards and mice will use the USB dongle to send and receive signals to the computer. The exception is if your computer has built-in Bluetooth wireless connectivity (check your manual or the manufacturer's website) and you purchase a wireless mouse or keyboard that supports Bluetooth. In those cases, they can connect directly to the computer.

How do I swap my ergonomic mouse and make it pair with the keyboard? I've started getting carpel tunnel again with the new mouse that came with the new keyboard.I want to use the old wireless mouse.

You'd typically need to have the original wireless USB dongle that came with the older mouse to make it work. You can use multiple dongles for the mouse and keyboard simultaneously.

You should still be able to use both, but this will probably require that you have multiple USB ports so that each device can still be connected. If you're not using the included mouse, you should be able to turn it off or just remove the batteries. We recommend contacting the keyboard's manufacturer to go over options they may have. A true Bluetooth-compatible keyboard may be able to connect to a Bluetooth receiver, but most wireless keyboards use a non-Bluetooth wireless connection and require a proprietary receiver.

It's possible. However, the more USB wireless dongles in an area increase the likelihood that they may interfere with each other if they happen to jump onto the same channel inadvertently.

I had my keyboard & mouse connected to my computer & then I switched them over to another computer for awhile & when I went back to my original computer, they didn’t automatically pair. So now I can’t even log in to my computer to try to pair it or reset it manually. I’m stuck on my login page with no working keyboard or mouse. What can I do?

First, make sure that your USB transmitter is inserted into the computer. You may also want to try moving it to a different USB port on that computer as part of this process. Second, look for a "Connect" or "Pair" button on the back or bottom of both your wireless keyboard and mouse. Pressing this should allow those devices to find the USB transmitter again and connect to it. Finally, try replacing the batteries in the mouse and keyboard. Weak batteries can cause connection issues.

If you have a wireless mouse and keyboard combo that uses a single wireless receiver dongle, then the easiest solution would be to remove any batteries from the keyboard and set it aside. The mouse should still be able to connect to the receiver.

What make and model keyboard do you have? Sometimes, the pairing button can be hidden under the battery panel. In other cares, you may need to press and hold the power button if the keyboard has one. And sometimes, the keyboard may require a paper clip inserted into a reset hole on the device.

I cant get 3 keyboards (including wireless Shintaro one i purchased yesterday, which shows no indication that its even on- no on off switch, battery power, etc- nothing) so it wont communicate with monitor, thus I cant even unlock monitor screen Any tips plz?

You may want to first check that a wired keyboard is working with the computer. From there, you may want to check your power settings to make sure the USB ports aren't being powered down when the computer is. That would prevent the dongle from receiving a signal from the keyboard.

Yes, in most cases the wireless transmitter and mouse can work without the keyboard. Best Buy also sells wireless mice individually without a keyboard if you'd still like your keyboard wired.

Best Buy okay let’s say I open my arozzi gaming desk when I receive it and assembled it and didn’t like it. If I take it to best buy will it go back on shelf or marked as “open box” ?? I don’t like people that touched my arozzi mousepad that is bad, with there sweet on the mousepad .. just saying if it happens I won’t take my arozzi back obviously I love it. Thank you
