Been posting this question on some OP theory channels Was brook very crucial in luffy’s nika awakening? If luffy’s powers is only limited by his imagination it would make sense he imagined himself resurrecting, because he already believes it’s possible by knowing brook. And I think the rumbar pirates said his devil fruit was very important or something like that. This would also explain why the grand fleet didn’t come when he was fighting kaido over and over, because luffy doesn’t believe he will die so his vivre card didn’t burn.
Giants probably knew about nika prior to shanks because 1) they have long life spans, 2) they could have communicated about the coming of the dawn like in wano and in zou, 3) possible joy boy relationships, 4) unknown connections
I think Blackbeard is on their way. I think they got halted by Shanks the same way Shanks headed off Kaido. I don't think he will come in and save the day as in marine ford.
BB probably wants Vegapunk so they might take York helping to balance out the tech upgrade the Strawhats are about to get. I also think that if Teach is there personally he might kill Saturn since Luffy doesn't have it in him.
the hat at Marie Geoise alway looked more like it could fit someone more Kuma sized rather than a full on giant, now that we know Kuma is part of a specific race known as Buccaneers, i find that a more likely hypothesis than the original JoyBoy being a giant

My theory regarding the BB pirates. Whoever it might be (most likely Laffitte and Catharina Devon), they will take advantage of the situation to kidnap Robin, which might lead to a split of the SH. One SH team will go to Robin's rescue, the other one will go to Elbaf.
Pure speculation. No proofs, so it's not theory. Beside i don't think half of them gonna go to get robin but all of them will go. Soo many reasons why saving robin with full force is a mustt

Almost all OP theories started with some speculation in the first place and with or without "proofs", a lot of them got debunked by the story. Anyway, my thoughts were: 1) BB pirates were waiting for one of the rookies crew to ambush them, which happen with Law, which suggest they want to weaken their rivals and get something out of them. 2) They could have scattered in the region in order to get more informations about their rivals, how they are moving etc., which could explain their presence near Egghead. 3) BB pirates are experts at taking advantage of a chaotic situation. The situation at Egghead is chaotic and they could try to get anything or anyone they deem worth in order to achieve their goals. 4) BB pirates have already kidnapped Pudding, who was an asset to the Big Mom pirates when it comes to reading the poneglyphs. 5) Kidnapping Robin would not only be an asset for the BB pirates, it would also weaken the SH, as kidnapping Pudding weakened the Big Mom pirates. 6) I think Egghead will have a bitter-sweet ending: the bitter side being, the SH will get somehow scattered. The chaotic situation will lead to it, not because they would have decided so. It is actually in this perspective that I could imagine some of the SH pursuing the BB pirates to retrieve Robin. One of the sweet side being, the WG will not achieve their goals they first set, thus they will feel humiliated by the event. 7) Anyway, I am just having fun expressing my thoughts, speculations, head canons, theories or whatever... I am not expecting them to be right as Oda has a great way to surprise with us with the way he tells his story.
I think Joyboy, were he Buccaneer or a Giant, fought against the ancient kingdom, on the side of the then righteous coalition of 20 nations. I think the ancient kingdom enslaved humans and Buccaneers, and Joyboy fought to free them along side Imu. However, each time he would defeat one of the kingdoms, Joyboy would leave them with a promise that they wouldn't be oppresed or enslaved in retaliation. But this turned out to be an unpopular descision among the humans, and so Imu used this sentiment to form a coalition against Joyboy. The divide split along racial lines, with the Buccaneers, loyal to Joyboy, on one side, and the Humans, loyal to Imu on the other. Joyboy and the Buccaneers fought valiantly to protect the defeated nations of the ancient kingdom, but were themselves ultimately defeated. And their punishment for betraying the 20 kingdoms was slavery. I've been thinking about what the D might mean, and I think Kuma's Bible is the key. The Christian Bible's term for liberation is deliverance. So perhaps deliverance is the promise left by Joyboy to the defeated nations of the Ancient Kingdom.
Remember that Buccaneers have long being persecuted even before Cobra stated that Lilly was from D clan. So it can't be that WG thought that Buccaneers are from Lilly and Joyboy. This fact renders this theory useless

I think the Buccaneers were born from miraculous conception. A giant and a human that fell in love but couldn't physically have a child together literally will a child into existence. The human mother gives birth to the first buccaneer similar to Mary giving birth to Jesus. The Buccaneers are very tied to chistian themes

I feel that the members of BBs crew that arrived would have to be Devon and laffitte as they're the only ones not accounted for. It might also tie into why Robin was injured off screen and is resting currently. Devon could be anywhere due to her devil fruit much like laffitte.
The blackbeard pirates off the coast are just performing reconnaissance on the straw hats. The events of egg head being reported back to black beard will probably play a role later in the story, to help avoid a situation where the reader is left guessing how black beard knew about x or y.

Ok, it feels weird to talk about this here but we have to adress it . Well estimating by the normal size of giants, thier "D" should be somewhat a normal human sized . And how the fuck is it possible ?? The only thing I can think of is the woman would have been a large human (like oden, he was a normal human too but you see a giant in size) then it should be somewhat possible . I dont think it was Nefertari Lily, i think Joyboys lover was the leader of Amazon Lily at the time, unless those two are the same person. I do think those two things are also related considering the names. Perhaps when Nefertari Lily rejected adding their countries sword in front of the empty throne, they went to hide on the island of amazon lily and became the amazons since it would have been the safest place at the time. If she had Kumas devil fruit, she could have got herself, people and things to and from the island no problem, including but not limited to ponegliffs.
Joy Boy was a Buccanner, not a giant. The straw hat from Marye Geoise is not big enough for a giant and as Vega said, Buccanners can sustain 2 souls, just like BB. Joy Boy had hito hito no mi and gomu gomu no mi. In the past these were 2 different devil fruits.
