I initially had passed on this because it was a repaint. It was the color scheme reminding me of the ARW Neo-Atlantis faction that made me change my mind and get it to add to that faction. The Avatar crab mech has a similar color scheme to add to the Neo-Atlantis forces. There is a way to attach the drill and claw tools to the larger arm components with the hands. You need to open up the arm compartment hatch and rotate the hands into the space it the arm compartment. Rotating the section where the hands attach exposes the peg holes for the drill and claw attachments to attach.

Don't the arms open up on the mech so that the hands go inside and a different attachment point for the drill and claw, I think it was something like that with the old north mech with those arms

You're perfectly right. If the hands are folded inside the cannons, additional attachment holes become available.

I dunno, I have one of the original versions of this mech and I kinda love it, loll. Repainted mine too look like a cyberpunk police unit

The mech gives me EXO squad vibes, especially the ones police used. Figure looks amazing, the mech not so much but maybe it's a acquired taste.

An excellent video and review. I use my mech as part of a construction team. The weapons are superfluous for the tasks the mech would perform.

It certainly is. I imagine mine as a rescue mech for entering structures that have suffered severe damage.

I've said it once, I'll say it again: disappointingly, Joytoy's latest "news" are kitbashed repaints, apart for the Warhammer endless stream of figures. Fortunately, the 40k black hole never got hold of me, so I'm safe on that front :) The upcoming "kung-fu" figures are awesome, but they don't fit with with anything they released so far and also don't fit my contemporary-futuristic theme. All in all, my wallet is happy for getting a break, but I would appreciate if Joytoy considered reissuing older sets that we might have missed (like the Steel Spear or Wasteland Hunters) rather than flooding the market with unoriginal remixes...

I don't mind when they release molds in different colors. Gives me chances to pick up more if I missed out of the originals. I like this blue better than the grey the originals were
