@@SDIO2233 not just that part. a few of the "instruments" (variations of the synth) are the same, and it takes inspiration from the motif of the trailer ost
The part where the animatronics sacrifice themselves to create the Mangle and the tension building up is really good! The best part of this is that as you watch the monitor the feeling of you being "too late" to stop whatever is about to happen really sets that adrenaline up don't you think?
6:34 The whole Mangle getting constructed part was only unsettling, but this moment....the moment that signature gargled noise appears and doesn disappear is what truly scared me
For a game that got tangled in so much controversy, it's amazing it turned out to be such an incredible title. Massive props to the devs for sticking to their guns and finishing it.
I think the final night was the most intense. And that moment where the animatronics sacrifice themselves to create the Mangle makes your heart skip a beat. The game is great and so is your walkthrough.
@@romandipalma6992 It starts around 5:35 but I felt anxiety around 6:43 it was crazy the first time because it just drops you in there with the buildup throughout the nights very great game !
i like how instead of wearing the freddy mask it’s just changed to wearing the bonnie mask which is kinda make sense since you kinda just rip his face off
@@micah3331 what i meant is that I'm speaking in thought outside is in how Introverts and Social Anxiety are in the same concept because they both don't like being in the center on attention when you're just keeping yourself to you
My biggest criticism here is that I wish the animatronics were placed slightly to the side when they’re in your office. That way you could get a good look at them through the mask as you’re hiding.
Damn, seeing Ramenov's comment is so saddening. I understand he was in hot water after what happened, but seeing the message at the end that he will never make another fan-game again, just hits the feel.
@@Ro-po2ej In a nutshell, he and other creators created some kind of weird syndicate of leaks, like, they leaked info from another FNAF fan mades, sabotage others, and talk shit about many others Obviously he got caught in 4k and people got mad
This final boss fight doesn’t give an “oh no” energy, It gives more of a “Let’s finish this”. All your fear is practically gone, all that is left is pure determination to defeat this amalgamation of an animatronic called Mangle.
On one hand, this very much has a dread factor, since the end result is a giant monster who's headed straight for you. On the other hand, this is clearly an intimidation tactic by the ghost, a show of overwhelming power. In other words; _you're getting to her!_ you're making her angry, and people get sloppy when they're angry.
If anything it's kinda backwards, when you first enter the FNAF 2 basement, you have a bit of dread but full on determination, you finally wish to stop these animatronics and stop the ghost, but when mangle is finally revealed it's just full on "Oh crap" the beast is released as you now have to fend yourself over the very thing you dreaded to come
Imagine if security breach’s final fight was like this. Instead of pointlessly resurrecting afton’s physical body, what if the animatronics were all fused into one giant amalgamation controlled by the digital backup of afton. So you have to stake it out in a classic office survival minigame against a giant “mangle” consisting of all the animatronics you destroyed, controlled by the consciousness of a serial killer. You discover that throughout the entire game youve been working for the enemy. Maybe vanny is using some psychological manipulation tactics to get Gregory to destroy the animatronics, preparing them to become the vessel for her new master. And of course it culminates in a kaiju battle between glamrock freddy and said amalgamation.
Or even it can be applied with FNAF SL, with the final battle being something similar to the custom night, but at 2-3am, the 7 animatronics (Baby, Ballora, Freddy, Foxy, BonBon, Bidybab and Minireena) sacrify themselves to create Ennard possesed by Elizabeth, and we have a harder night against Ennard also trying to trick using the animatronics and Liz's voices
The idea of Vanny reprogramming the animatronics, so that Gregory would be more likely to destroy them, so she could freely pick apart what's left to rebuild Afton is actually pretty awesome in concept as well as terrifying.
@@MrYummitheavergedude Bro I had a whole image of what the game could be thought up before it released. Its a habit I have with a lot of games to sort of formulate my own take on it over time. Usually the final version is a lot better than my conceptual one, but id consider my idea to probably be better than what we got in this case
My name is Yoshikage Kira. I'm 33 years old. My house is in the northeast section of Morioh, where all the villas are, and I am not married. I work as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don't smoke, but I occasionally drink. I'm in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to fight I wouldn't lose to anyone
@@RetroSmash. Look up the FNaF "The Pear" drama. Ravenov (Credited as the creator of the game) as far as I know was part of it. The Pear is a group that basically was trying to leak a bunch of FNaF fangames, and just in general private stuff. Like Popgoes Evergreen for example
@@RetroSmash. Developers of Jr's have also came out about mistreatment from Ravenov. What I read is that because of that, they didn't work as hard on the jumpscares as they could've
5:35 is really playing on your imagination. Let me explain. Seeing the animatronics start building The Mangle is scary by itself, but if you CAN'T see it, but just watch it happen on the screen of the monitor is WAY more terrifying. I mean that you start imagining how the horrible creatures start tearing themselves apart and assemble into a new, a lot more horrible thing RIGHT *INFRONT* OF YOU. Also, the music is making this very intense. The slow buildup is just 10/10. This is so good. Peak performance.
I honestly loved ALL of this night. The remake of the beginning clip of the fnaf 2 trailer used as a little hint for what's to come when starting the night, the london bridge song, and the literal REMIX of fnaf 2's trailer theme just hit me like a freight train around memory lane!
The sacrificing of the animatronics part on the Conveyor Belt Control just made me feel like they’re doing this to end you as a whole together. It’s really scary to know this because it feels like something unthinkable and unanticipated from a bunch of robots. They’re like tired of your bullcrap and just want you gone. It makes you go like “What the hell are they doing?! What is going on?!” Like you have no knowledge on what the hell these animatronics are doing.
Mangle in JR's: +A big monstrosity , Abomination +Has an epic build-up entrances +Fearful and one of the main antagonist +Determined to kill Paulbear and the investigator Meanwhile Mangle in FNAF 2: Oh no children keep ripping off my limbs :(
I love the concept of Mangle being an amalgamation of all the animatronics just like ennard. Instead of the usual story of the kids breaking the animatronic
6:57 Imagine being an original fnaf fan loving and enjoying the first few games. The first few were scary and original and while they were simple they were effective. Now imagine showing this image alone to that same fan. The animatronics all sacrificing themselves being torn apart then back together into what appears to be mangle but much more terrifying. This image shows us some of the biggest potential of what a realistic and nightmare fueled fnaf game would be. To add onto the cake you can see a spirit on the bottom left laughing at us like they know were afraid. I might not know the whole 100% of what devs were good and what devs were horrible people but to whoever the good people were are incredible and very talented individuals for finishing this masterpiece giving us something fans for years have dreamed of
This is honestly the best thing I’ve ever seen in not just a fnaf fan game, but anything fnaf related in general. The atmosphere, the music, the graphics, the gameplay, the presentation, everything. I love how after the Mangle is finished being built, the music and choir goes so hard, and it makes it seem like the protagonist is going insane and starting to hallucinate. The game turns black and white, the monitors screens turn into crawling hands, floating eyes and floating Chica clocks appear. It makes it seem like the protagonist is being broken into the point of insanity. I like to imagine that the protagonist is like BEGGING for it to hit 6 AM so it could all end. Its probably not what actually happens in the story, but it’s how I like to intemperate it. I can’t explain how much I love this. It’s a shame the lead dev. turned out to be a piece of shit. Even though I don’t like, nor want to separate art from the artist, I can at least give this game an exception since it has a whole dev team behind it and that the lead dev. didn’t want to be involved in this project after the incident.
@@crowsandfoxes I'll explain to you, it happened that, so to speak, 2 years ago, they fired Scott and for what reason they fired him and it was because he supported members of Republican parties and for that reason they funaron him on Twitter (Very stupid reason). And among those who participated in the funa were, the one who funo Scott, the creator of Helluva Boss and the creator of JR'S and etc.
I like how night 6 is just a love letter to fnaf 2. It obviously plays similar and has similar characters, but on top of that, the music that plays includes parts of the song used in the fnaf 2 trailer. Even more, the scene with Withered Bonnie waking up is directly from the trailer, along with the London Bridge is Falling Down song
@@aidank3237 Because it's a much more original idea than: "Oh,those mean kids destroyed me😢" It's also nightmare fuel, think about it: "The already terrifying animatronics start to destroy themselves in order to create a much bigger and deadlier animatronic...and it's possessed by the ghost haunting the location" It's like The Creation from TJOC but much more terrifying since we actually got to see its creation.
This has to be one of the coolest boss fights i have ever seen, the way the music just makes you panic and the sticky notes telling you not to mess with Mangle . All around a terrifying experience
This is the true definition of fear. Fan made or not this is truly incredible and I'm grateful that even though some decided to cower out of making it the devs decided to finish it giving this masterpiece
The story is good, but I think they could flesh out the spirit, what is their reason on wanting to kill paulbear? (Having a reason for the villain’s motivation is always a good idea, if they don’t have a reason, then the villain is just there to be evil for a game)
In this instance though I feel it amplifies the mystery and the spooks of the place. As a player we want to know their intention but this I feel is done in a way where show don’t tell displays layers and depth of the character. I know there have been theories going around that she is Cassidy and paulbear is Evan Afton which makes sense considering how vengeful Cassidy got.
I kinda like that it's vague, it reminds me of the early FNAF days back when we didn't understand half of what was going on. Nowadays there are way too many characters, way too many story details and too many ridiculous, overly detailed plot points.
Man the scene where all of the animatronics "peform a ritual" in order to finish the Mangle + the music they just go well together and it gives u a "1v1 satan" vibe
This game has such incredible design, Mangle has always been one of my favorites and this game just made it look so much cooler! And the music! Distorted kids nursery rhymes in tense situations always make you a little uncomfortable, never thought I'd get goosebumps at "London Bridge is falling down"
So basically the Mangle here is an Ennard from Fnaf 5, because the concept is kinda same. All animatronics decide to create a monstrosity all because of a ghost. epic
Imagine having to spend 6 irl hours in this exact room, in this exact situation. Idc how much balls you think you have we’re all either going to die from mangle or a heart attack
@@doubleabattery8099 it has to be the way the devs envision the game, they don’t put that much EFFORT even with the huge fan base fnaf has. if they put in effort and not budget themselves and with scott being their with everything, another fnaf game will be done so well
@@itz__jj5291 …I disagree. I’d argue there’s a lot of effort, they just got rushed, and kind of got forced to change story direction at the last minute.
@@mrartistimo1530 Me too. The trailers before Security Breach showed a game with a much darker Atmosphere, and Security Breach has its moments and moving forward if similar games build off those moments it could lead to a better experience
I just realized that two of the phrases written while Mangle is getting built, are the same as the mentioned in the Midnight Motorist minigame in FFPS :0
Mangle's buildup has so much Madness Combat energy. The music combined with how the computer goes from "100%!" to "ENGAGE, ENGAGE, ENGAGE" reminds me of Tricky being juiced up in an episode of Madness.
Personally i think, that scariest part is the one, where you seemingly 2-3 hours worth of battery evaporates in an instant, leaving much less chance to survive the monstrosity
I like to think that the reason the withered animatronics attack you because all of their stability is at 0. Since during the normal nights if an animatronic’s stability reaches 0 it attacks you. So maybe the ghost let all the animatronics run out of stability so they are aggressive and then when the animatronics hop on the conveyor belt all their parts were taken to form the mangle. And finally the mangle grabbed a spare foxy mask (which just so happened to be white) but since it is a foxy mask its also weak to flashlights
Oh man the amount of Anxiety and nervousness the theme brings to the game is crazy. As you're looking at the computer watching The Mangle be created is scary especially because you're forced to sit there and watch. And after The Mangle has been engaged it brings you a whole nother level of stress as you don't know where it is.
So if the ghost breaks the cameras the only penalty is just no flash ? That's kinda of a low penalty because it just cause the night to become "hide and pray" ,in FNAF 2 it was a bigger problem because Foxy appeared more often in the hallway than mangle does, also you still had to wind the box, not just hide and hope RNG is with you.
@ShinyHunterDragolf As i said : "hide and pray", not "hide and wait", I am aware than mangle can appear in the hallway however what i said is that she does so at a slower rate than foxy because of RNG and the fact that she attacks mostly from the vents and rarely from the hallway.
@Lolcow 666 No, you will survive the night if the RNG decides to never position Mangle in the hallway after you light broke (this usually happen late in the night unless you intentionaly let the ghost break your cams early), wich literaly happens in this playtrough of night 6.
So, I understand how the first part of the night goes. How does the Mangle part work? Is there a special objective or is the gameplay identicle but with a much more aggressive threat?
Mangle is much more aggressive, and can attack from the vents using the owl tail as well as the main entrance. But the bigger threat is the ghost, she destroys cameras and disables flashlights to allow the mangle to get to you.
Cool story that Jeremy Fitzgerald was the main protagonist and the aftermath of this is kinda like prequel to FNAF 2 since Jeremy gets bitten on the frontal lobe by mangle herself
This is honestly the best fanmade fnaf game. The fact that they made the mangle the final boss is badass considering not alot of fnaf games have mangle as the final boss.
what gives me chills is the fact they were building her right infront of the player, but you couldn't see it,otherwise you'd have to watch while your heart race goes apeshit
@@moxstoleyoursocks2241 burntrap is very similar to a boss battle because you need to burn him several times to win the battle also he can summons the shattered glamrocks (expect Freddy) to jumpscare you, also the blob (spaghetti boi) will join the battle
The pure tension in the first half of the fight made me feel actual pure and potent fear for the first time. My way of showing fear is being real jumpy and spooked but this was a whole different primal level of terror
