And was always better than Juelz& Hell Rell put together but what stunted JR's growth was that he wasn't loyal to "Dipset" he tried to run his own crew with a bunch of Dominicans from Broadway& Dykeman who wasn't loyal to him.
JR!!!!!! The Writer of Writers, let's goooooo!!!! I ain't expect this one, I been rockin with JR since Writers Block 2 in high school "you know how papi play rock display that'll make Tsunami waves, 8 karats sittin in my Bulgari shadess!!!..." 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
People always say "I got a job, but it wasn't for me".. well I got news for you, that shyt ain't for none of us but we lace up our boots and do what we gotta do. It's easy to go out in those streets and turn on your people for chump change, robbing people just like you who have nothing. But to play the America game is were the REAL strength & skill comes from. If u know u know...
J R is so underrated he’s always been one of my favorite rappers if you don’t know how sick is flow is just put his name in the search bar and sit back and listen dude spits nothing but straight 🔥🔥🔥
@@philb707 Word myspace days lol he was young at the time too like 16 wit some crazy bars.. Still remember that line he said "The type to rob u in the store for ur coat n wear it out" lmfaoo
Yeah his shit was very very predictable....I mean he aite,,, he ain't in my top 20 but he ok though...he can rap better than me for sure lol but yeah he like in my top 50's....
Jr writer was my favorite artist out the dipset divas. Hell Rell had some BANGERS too. Jr writer was just fire ... dude spit bar after bar and no one matched his energy on my MOMSSSSS
The Dipset era was a fun one frfr. They all had dope different music and styles. The hip hop movement was still lyrical for the most part. And clubbing was still about looking fresh and baggin ho€s, not looking for beef.
The real ones know how serious dude is, he's a fuckin machine when it comes to this rap shit. Writers Block Vol.1 , released 20 years ago and he came year after year until he went to prison. He came out and dropped fire mixtapes 1 after the other. And the realllll ones know about his father in Washington Heights
I first heard of Jr in High school while in Virginia back in the day. I still have writers block all 3 parts but part 2 is my favorite. I'm from Florida and I rock with NY rappers. Jr was nasty with the bars on them tapes for real. What happened to Fred Money? He was nice as well.
The same thing juelz said being from we stunt on each other just so you can keep your game up it’s all love at the end. Shout out to my block 112th street fostirville, shout out to Harlem.
never forget his verse was on the intro for the “More Than Music Vol.1” music album on th song “more than music” … it’s legendary I never skip track when it comes on
This my favorite dipset artist 😤 I remember in high school he dropped that 6 minute freestyle had my whole school talking about shit actually he had the whole city talking about it He helped me bag this bad shorty on the bus coming home from school cause of that freestyle lol I owe you J.R
Thats why French and rell always had dirt on each other when they fell out. "What color is your mother?" Lmao..then rell called French "a real African..like Somalian" haha
Writer of Writers listen to me my late years of high school this guy was it for me ,I.literally have every mixtape of his ,Writers Block Pt 4 and History in the Making are his best albums.
"Dipset is forever B, bet yall remember me, stretch all my enemies, hecklers send em 3 but I got a tec that'll get a G to drop his flag like a ref on a penalty" Writer was cold asf
@TheEASTSIDECHICANO Have you ever heard stories about how BMF would go to a club the rappers would be at and buy all the champagne in the building. That's how they would force guys like Diddy to talk to them. So I'm assuming this is a line about buying the whole bar which is a boss man's powemove
Jr was hot because Un made the Diplomatic Immunity album and he didn’t. Then one day they were all at hot97 freestyling and JR went over the time slot so Un felt some type of way. That freestyle was on one of the Matrix mixtapes. Dropped around ‘04. I still got it somewhere.
