My question is.. Does he even have High School Senior Certificate? It shocking and sad to watch this interview. These are purely basic questions!!! I don't care who he is, he doesn't even deserve to be in any kind of management position. It shocking shocking !!!!!!!
Malema s question about easily being intimidated....is very precise n on point...CIC MY LEADER!!!!....eish the guy is too scared, i dnt think he should be appointed
I like Judge Mnguni, every question they ask him, he has already spoken about it earlier on🤣🤣🤣 in other words to him all the interviewers are not listening to him...
Its OK to be nervous at the start of interview, but five (5) minutes into the interview you should be able to have regained your confidence and composure. Poor take by Mnguni! Just awful!
Wife: Mnguni, why do you love me? Mnguni: a a a a a you know the water was a a a a a I have had the opportunity a a a policeman Wife: Do you love me? Mnguni: No a a a Yes sorry Wife: What is my name? Mnguni: a a a I didn't check for 6 years This guy mara lolrof
Judge Mnguni was way too nervous, throughout the interview. This is not normal..his reasoning capacity is very poor. he keeps giving unsatisfying answers to very simple questions. I'm worried. the integrity of the kzn division would be threatened with him as JP.
@@scelohlongwa9174 it's the nerves.. Otherwise how did he become a judge? How does he write judgements? How did he attain his law degree since academic literature is written in English? He's naturally not eloquent and the nerves made tthings worse. He really reasons like a primary school pupil.
@@silikay4392 I hear you man I really do but this is a judge for crying out loud he ought to obtain some knowledge on how to answer questions they ask him to give 6 if not five challenges that faces kwazulu-natal and he gave none he just buble around. He's a judge even if he was nervous he should have at least name one challenge he didn't make sense at all anyway maybe it was the nerves but the whole interview sections for a judge
Goshhh yeh thats shocking.Thought in that level you r well advanced to sch that u dnt need any guidance from anyone.Fly by night judges.Investigate him!😃
Stating the challenges that you had faced at the kzn division, explaining your relationship between you and the person who mentored you and how he had gone about mentoring you, should have been easy questions to answer mainly because they are based on self experience and do not necessarily need a professional position such as DJP to answer. Some of the questions here could have been easily answered by a layperson.
some inconsistencies, this Judge cannot be trusted. Juju : "relationship with the corrupt businessman?" judge : "hes my mentor" JUJU: "you worked with him?" jugde : "NO I didn't" Juju : "so how did he mentor you?" Judge : "aaahhhh..ha ha aha ha........ Im gay hes my parther"
What a nervous wreck. No matter ones book knowledge if you are unable to speak confidently as this guy was, others would begin to doubt your competency. I think he was not properly prepared, or was intimidated by the eminent people who assembled to interview him. His body language was terrible. I think he got to where he was by connections and nepotism and not competency. Malema gave him the scares. And the irony is, people like him turn to be very pompous, and presumptuous. He is empty suit, all hats without any cows. He lacked backbone. An afraid man.
These questions led by CJ are common questions encountered by anyone in a work place and if a judge cannot identify challenges he faces around his work space and measures to adress them, is jus beyond shock.

Lol yho yho hayi he killed me when he said "As an office we don't seem to go out to the people and make sure that service delivery is taking place" Ha ha ha 53:50
Me: Judge Mnguni, are you hungry? Judge Mnguni: Eh eh eh eish eish eish well you know no no no no😂yess yess no no no we are sorry Me: Judge Mnguni are you full? Judge Mnguni: I said earlier on that you you know there is too many cameras at Sabc
"Share your vision for the division with us" and you start to rumble about your back ground. Akushiwongo ukuthi tell us about yourself la.Namanje ngisazibuza, yaqokwa kanji lendoda ukuthi ibe I-judge.
Eyi I cried continuously when I go through this I am helpless emotionally my husband was not scurry but is always like this because unamalimi so get out of being rude my husband was brilliant and vigilant worked hard the Good judge like Hlophe msimang shabalala one day you ll say what is a waste eyi you misses I miss my husband so dearly RIP my husband doesn’t matter but God knows
No man how did this guy became a judge in the first place I wonder was he given an interview in the first place and if so how he did,or he bribe someone bare in mind he is mentored by a corrupt businessman who by the way was a major funder for jocob zuma and I don't know until at what point or maybe he used muthi to get by mmm
Fly by night lena, most candidates I've seen here go through the structures and they learn from experience and this guy was parachuted to the position and got exposed here
Would you have faith in this guy after watching this interview...? This is soooo bad for self-marketing. This guy must be kicking himself after watching how he sucked during this interview!!!
This Guys is too nervouse and My CIC just crashed Him Big ups to Malema He is superior WOW my future President on point and make a Judge trumble like that lol
when Juju is asking about the guys relationship with Mkhwanazi notice how that guy sitting by Malema's facial expression...HAHAHA yor Mnguni has all the rights to be scared
I wish that his kids does not see this interview. It is so embarrasing for the judge### Malema : "How did Mkhwanazi mentor you"? Judge: shaking and drinking water.
