Really thankful for the Management. I once was an employee there. My parents were not interested to come to Ballari initially. I requested them to just spend few days and if they don't like them they can go back. Once they came here, they did not move from the place for 1.6 years til I resigned. My dad was not happy when I resigned the company. More than my HR and my manager , my dad was convincing me to not to not to leave this company.

Superb. I am ex JSW Steel employee and I can vouch for the company. Whatever they say is 100%. They are super employee friendly and I had a great time and super respect for this company. I left only because I started something of my own otherwise I would have always worked with them.

I visited in 2009 the plant and accommodation provided to employees. During that time only, it was amazing. Now, It will be far better and I feel proud of JSW such a wonderful journey.

It's my Ex company.. A total of 900 employees have died till now..while the management has done lot of things for safety but still couldn't stop people (employees) from dying..

I cooked for Mr Naveen Jindal sir one year during COVID......all family is so nice fantastic and really helpful for people like us he helped me so much i love all family..........they are really great person.......i prey to God that mr. What an inspiring journey. More corporations should conduct themselves accordingly. When I studied business administration, we were taught that the company was part of the environment, and as such should not only make a profit, but also give to the community and its employees. (OK, a long time ago.) Sadly, MBAs have destroyed that philosophy, and today almost all business are solely and exclusively focused on profit.
