When Victor told Gonzalez that he doesn't care who he screwed over as long as not him, 2 years later Gonzalez did screwed Victor at the end. Victor started his criminal life by getting screwed over and at the end his life ended by getting screwed over.

I think Tommy liked Mercedes more than he is willing to admit. But, he also knew what kinda of girl she is. Thus, he made a wise decision and keep their relationship only on professional/platonic level. It seems to me at least, that in the end of story when Cortez is checking up with Tommy the rumor that Mercedes thinks of going to the college he was to some degree try to get an insight if Tommy is even slighted interested in Mercedes romantically. I mean that could be a reason why he did not betray Tommy. Maybe, to some degree, he saw a potential son in law in Tommy.

The 1st video with a 3 way which sounds much dirtier than it needs to be! Gonzalez didn't have a big role in Vice so I didn't care that much for him but after I found out he played a part in the death of Vic I care much less for him! That audio found on Cortez took me off guard a little and adds more light to his character! As for Mercedes I was just a little sad that you didn't include her deleted audio phone calls with Tommy! Just because they are deleted doesn't mean that they didn't happen! Nevertheless quality work!
I think cortez is from Panama a country famous for its military couts and dr is nof considered a central American country while Panama is not considered a border between central America and south America and borders columbia hence connection to Gonzalez and has been occupied by France
