For anyone out there interested in the history of book binding I have just finished reading ‘The Bookbinder of Jericho’ by Pip Williams ( an Australian author). There are many interviews available with her and the history is so interesting. Thank you for sharing this.

Lovely consise interview. Great to hear your Birthing experience, as retired Midwife. The European women express their experiences with loud vocalising. So different to NZ women. Well,- this was a surprise to see this video, which I just stumbled upon. It was good to put a face with Rachel’s voice. Thank you for that. Rachel’s talent in creating journals is quite something. However, her stitchery is another talent that I’m fascinated with. She, and her sister, Sarah, are quite masters at their craft. They are just beginning another series titled “Treasure Hunt.” And it looks like it’s going to be another winner. Carol from California
