I am fascinated with Robs and Glenns energy. These grandpas are nearly in their 70s, but still active and more inovative musical thoughts than todays guys at their 20s. Simply amazing......
Seek him here, seek him on the highway Never knowing when he'll appear All await, engine's ticking over Hear the roar as they sense the fear Wheels! A glint of steel and a flash of light! Screams! From a streak of fire as he strikes! Hell bent, hell bent for leather Hell bent, hell bent for leather Black as night, faster than a shadow Crimson flare from a raging sun An exhibition, of sheer precision Yet no one knows from where he comes Fools! Self destruct cannot take that crown Dreams! Crash one by one to the ground Hell bent, hell bent for leather Hell bent, hell bent for leather There's many who tried to prove that they're faster But they didn't last and they died as they tried There's many who tried to prove that they're faster But they didn't last and they died as they tried
No life till leather We are gonna kick some ass tonight We got the metal madness When our fans start screaming It's right well alright When we start to rock We never want to stop again
I was right at the front in this video and i have to say they where awsome. It was my first time seing priest live and i absuluatly loved them. I love there songs there solos i loved the setlist and my god hell bent for leather is an awsome song. I cannot wait to see them again at the hammersmith apollo. They are going to be epic!!!!!!
Absolutely without a slightest shadow a doubt, the very best metal band ever, they have stood the test of time and Rob Halford is the Metal God, saw them on the Angel Of Retribution tour with The Scorpions supporting what a double bill that was, mosh metal mania at its very best call for the Priest.
I've seen Priest 3 times, and Lord Halford only IMPROVED each time. What you see here is a vocalist who started out amazing and got BETTER with age. A feat accomplished by few.
I was in Epitaph Tour when they came to Madrid and I get two picks (Faulkner and Tipton), Glenn went to the public and I touch his hair. I haven't clean my hand since that moment.
It looks like an SG but it's actually a Les Paul Custom. His is a re-issue (probably VOS) from the ones made in the early 60's. If you look at the end of the song when Ritchie is bending the hell out of it, you can see the Les Paul Custom nameplate near the neck pickup. Les Paul didn't like it so Gibson took his name off and renamed it SG
K.K. left Priest on April 20th of 2011. The new guitarist is Richie Faulkner, the former guitarist for Lauren Harris (the daughter of Iron Maiden's bassist). thanks welcometomidnight
I saw Judas Priest in Greece last june and i am writting this comment because my voice is dead since then. Oh, my brain too. JUDAS fucking PRIEST !!! HEAVY fucking METAL !!!!!
Been a fan since late 70s saw them with Maiden and Queensryche back in 1999 at Madison square garden all three bands killed but Priest amazed me how good they still were!

@judasdeathrow666 The best of my life!!! the last night was fucking awesome men!!! THE METAL GODS DESTROY MY SENSES, MY MIND AND MY FUCKING SOUL!!! Hail the PRIEST FOREVER
I really don't like the inclusion of Richie's solo (not that it's bad or anything, just I feel this isn't the place for it), this song is meant to be short, fast and furious, Glenn's solo being THE moment of the song (the whole part form "there's many..." up to the reprise), 18 seconds of ear-orgasm and voilà... it really spoils me what is MY moment in a Priest's concert... nonetheless, still a cool performance.
