Lyrics:
Up here in space
I'm looking down on you.
My lasers trace
Everything you do.
You think you've private lives
Think nothing of the kind.
There is no true escape
I'm watching all the time.
I'm made of metal
My circuits gleam.
I am perpetual
I keep the country clean.
I'm elected electric spy
I protected electric eye.
Always in focus
You can't feel my stare.
I zoom into you
You don't know I'm there.
I take a pride in probing all your secret moves
My tearless retina takes pictures that can prove.
I'm made of metal
My circuits gleam.
I am perpetual
I keep the country clean.
I'm elected electric spy
I protected electric eye.
Electric eye, in the sky
Feel my stare, always there
's nothing you can do about it.
Develop and expose
I feed upon your every thought
And so my power grows.
I'm made of metal
My circuits gleam.
I am perpetual
I keep the country clean.
I'm elected electric spy
I protected electric eye.
I'm elected electric spy
I'm elected
Protected. Detective. Electric eye.

When I saw\heard this for the first time - my "music fan" part of me turned upside down - cause you cannot be somebody called metal-fan and bassicaly do not even know this band. I was sitting in front of my monitor, playing Diablo 2 listining random playlists and when this started i sudenly realised that this is the most metal thing i ever heard, sang be the most metal guy i ever seen and then it turns that his nickname is Metal God. What was i doing here for all of my life? why nobody ever told me about how damn huge this band is? i guess in soviet unioon Judas were pretty rare music don't know why, but i'm happy to hear them and i/m happy thet for me - they are "the new metal to listen"

Even at 8 years old I knew there was something extremely special about Judas Priest compared to most bands . This live version is still the best version I have ever listened to. I remember watching this whole concert vid. The editing is actually really good (focusing on Glenn for the solos, Dave for the drum fills, etc.), but Ian gets the least attention. Maybe that's how he likes it, though. His pumping pedal-tone parts are simple, solid, and very effective.

Agreed. Whoever did the camera direction deserves an award. I have seen so much concert footage ruined while they focus on the backs of peoples heads, or the drummers foot during a guitar solo.

Agreed 1000% ! Hill is the rock. Very talented bass player. Listen to their earlier stuff,he's right there with the guitars

I loved Priest so much I accidentally taped this concert off of MTV over a part of the free weekend of The Playboy Channel I had been saving for ages. Tough choices for a 14 year old in the 80s. 🤔🤣🤣🤘
