Sure but the script is... Noone talks like that in the real life. It's obvious it was adapted from the play and they didn't do a good job of translating it to the screen. Too heavy-heanded and on-the-nose.

Just one letter of difference in Italian, but the meaning is completely changed. That scene, soave sia il vento, is actually not very good chosen as background music, unless you take it as exemplary for the whole opera in its meaning of betrayal and unfaithfulness. But that's a very restricted version of the content of the complete opera... @@markarmage3776 i’m a psychology major. and not a homie, a lady. i’m agnostic and politically centrist, so no to both your questions. not braindead enough to need some old guys to tell me how to be a good healthy person. if you don’t draw the line at cheating, where do you draw the line in every aspect of your life? everything goes and there’s no moral reflection/limitation on your actions? that’s not hedonism, that’s psychopathy and leads to ultimate destruction. if you want to destroy yourself, fine who gaf, but don’t infect good people with your negative nihilistic plague. people can find healthy ways to express nuanced feelings in all their relationships, without intensely betraying others like cheaters do. everyone knows that humans have a large capacity for sexual attraction, monogamy isn’t a feeling, it’s an intentional expression and act of love. of denying others in favour of the person you choose (this would require self-control which people like you fail to have). if you have a wandering eye (i go blind when i’m in love personally), only engage in expressively casual relationships or bring up the topic of open relationships. but don’t initiate a commitment you know you can’t keep or go behind someone’s back when you mistake lust for profundity because you have the self-control of a squirrel. at the very least, have the human decency to break up with your partner before falling into someone else’s bed. why? to avoid the pain, the hurt, the betrayal. that’s called empathy. you’re a coward who mistakes their cowardice for authenticity and bravery. there’s nothing brave about hurting people and being a slave to your desires, unable to understand true devotion. you’re a ‘cheater’. fuck off.

An excellent cast of characters performance. Julia Roberts shows up as talented actress °~ Erin Bronkovic~ or a self-assured photographer with strong personality traits ( Closer). Jude Law is a chamaleon-like actor who brings out quality by interpretative skills means, no matter the nature of the role, he ever win the game
