Jemery, a few months back when you said that you would not be a part of your town meeting, was because of this forum, when you said that you would have to disclose all of your access, I thought to myself I would never list all of access, I would be setting myself up to be robbed. I had looked into our county, and we don't have such a forum. I thought that forum was unconstitutional, I am so glad that a judge looked into it and found it to be unconstitutional and stopped its from moving forward. Blessings to you and your family and friends, Otter Creek should be so proud of you and George to be a part of such a beautiful community.

I believe all we can do is PRAY - that Russ being under investigation by the Ethics Committee already - will not be able to run - and that Otter Creek will be able to continue the right path they started the last meeting. I pray that if ANYONE does step up to fill that spot - they are the RIGHT fit! Praying!!!

I understand the reasoning for form 6. However it would be better to have a more robust gifting law. A law that requires all to report any and all gifts. In cash, material gifts, trips, diners / parties etc. But also reporting on appearances, lectures etc. but also liabilities for a few years after you are out. And one should also report on such things a few years prior. Remember there are cases where companies, like Monsanto, got employees elected and or planted in the offices of senators and congressmen. To then act in accordance with what would benefit Monsanto. And there are cases that some of those that ended their term, and acted. In favor of Monsanto then got cushy 'jobs' at Monsanto. There is a good documentary on all this. It's this kind of corruption that needs to fought against. Maybe even by retracting those votes retroactively and so possibly revoke the laws they voted on that benefitted those companies... Yes I know... Not going to happen :( Heavy fines, UpTo and including companies getting shut down and it's leadership forbidden from forming a new, similar company. And long jail time for the leadership and the corrupted officials. Currently there just isn't enough of a penalty for any of this. And not just in the US btw

IF form 6 is overturned where does that leave Madame Mayor Terese? Not saying she is going to but can she return as mayor and Zim then be returned to vice -mayor? What about all the other 100+ officials throughout the state? This is interesting and a whole can of worms might be opened. Don quit so he needs to sit down and be quiet along with his buddy Russ. Mark Feather should sue Lie-nut for deformation and or try to get her charged with perjury for making false statements. Judge Dethomasis should be more discriminating in accepting statements made outside the courtroom. Has the judge filed his form 6?

Why are they even BOTHERING with this, when we don't even have an IRS dept any more? Our Fed Septrmr Court has announced that NESAEA is now in effect! The only irs agents that were left, have all been moved to the sales tax dept.

Could it be the reason why they have an open council seat is because Don left the building before he was sworn in. My knowledge was that he ran for that seat again and he got that seat along with the lady that took Russes seat. But Don was not sworn in, so that means there is an open seat. I might be wrong that his seat wasn’t up for reelection, but I remember that the guy said that he was coming for Don seat. So I thought it was up for reelection, and Don did not get sworn in.

I’m hopeful you have time to answer a Question I have.. I know you’re busy so here gos…Are they going to make lyenette and cook DRIVE TO OHIO FOR COURT?? The way I see It is… Lyenette has money to rap her car.. money to buy a Stanley coffee cup and dye her hair. Why can’t they drive to Ohio for court. And one more thing a nice vehicle . I don’t feel sorry for them. She can’t take the child to court .she has screwed everyone and anyone that could have watched the child when needed.

I liked the fact that Mayor Zim didn't back down. Form 6 is an abomination. With the absence of form 6, Otter creek is now open to good people to express interest in being on council. There is only one seat.

When the small town I used to live in could not manage to keep a police force they hired a private security firm that could submit complaints to the sheriff’s department. They were about 45 minutes from the sheriff’s office and didn’t get very regular patrols. At least they had someone who was armed to look into suspicious activity, mostly at night. They have a rug problem too, along with some sticky fingered folks. Some of them would take your stuff and then spend all day helping you find it 😂.

In my opinion, all form 6 does is allows the right people who bring change , for the good, and people who make things happen and who makes a big difference, and allows the wrong and corrupt ones in to destroy all the good and progress of that community. And they wonder why corruption is at an all time high 🙄

The problem is Russ can't come back even if he wants too! 1. He has missed to many meetings. 2. His term is up and didn't show up. 3. Russ has also be ruled out because he missed the meetings! 4. All the openings have been filled! He would have to wait at least 1 year to 2 years if he would run for a placement on the city council again! Even then that won't ever happen again after all the stuff that you have found out about him and others!

Willis is worthy!!!! Since he is already the Mayor of TubeTown. He must be capable to be on a council since he runs the whole Town of Tube's. I will come drop my vote for him . 🎉😂 All he needs to do is move a camper to his new town within a Town and stay there inside of Odder Creek.😅😂🎉❤
