When she lies she switches to the passive voice which is a way people subconsciously attempt to separate themselves from a lie. JJ must have seen that a million times.
Judge Mathis always looking to bring up drugs and sex and his past. “I done known lots of people do that type of thing. Hell, I was doing it myself...” Ten minutes talking later...Ok, your honor can I continue now?
I'm with JJ who asks to borrow a tv, most people would ask could they come over to watch something on a person's tv but to borrow it, that's a different story
I had a coworker and friend that lived in the same complex as me. When I first moved in, I was still looking for a tv (I’m picky af) so I didn’t have one the first couple weeks I lived there. My friend would always drop by and he offered to let me borrow an old tv of his until I found what I wanted and I hadn’t asked him to do that. When he brought it up from his garage I saw it was one of those early 2000s tvs that weighed 2 tons. I told him to take that sh*t back down to his garage 😂 And no, we were NOT in a relationship 😂😂😂
@@stephen1922 Im not the household fan of Judge Judy. Its my beloved wife of 63 yrs who watches her, lol. But yes even the wifes not fond of the new "Do". But shes still sharp as a Tack though. Me? I miss Byrd from the old shiw. As Im a retired county sheriff.
@@alphaomega5909 He is on a new Judge Judy produced show. She is launching a new show, and he will appear on it. Byrd on Judy Justice, would not have been the same, as the format is slightly different. She doesn't interact with her new bailiff much, only her niece.
Plaintiff lies so much she has stress lines ALL over her forehead. Maybe if she told the truth more often she wouldn’t have to furrow her brow thinking of the lies to keep track of them. Just an idea :)
JJ wasn't going to let her say anything other than what JJ wanted her to say, whether it was the truth or not. She's done that before so that she feels that her judgment is right. Quite often she's just a bully.
JJ knew that this case was bs from the start, but she's paid to make good TV, so she did her thing and like she always does, it was spectacular! Pop some popcorn and enjoy!
@@Locutus common, yes. Expensive enough for court? No way. It was about $300 when she bought it which is what I expected. If she lost it a year later it'd only be worth maybe $100, and not worth court. She needs to get real and go buy another TV already lol.
i had a friend like that .. she gave me the tv when i was moving into my first apartment didn't want me to move in without one - months later she started saying how she missed her tv and asked for it back saying she let me borrow it like how sway 🤔 who borrows a tv ..? i gave her that tv back so fast and brought one way bigger and told her never to give me anything else.. needless to say we are no longer friends
I’m a gamer addict and I’ve been taking my TVs to my friends house since 2005 😂 I also have a little portable Xbox case with a mini tv on it. I strap these 40 inch flat screens in my car all the time for sleepovers! 😂
😂😂 definitely a gamer thing. When I was dating my hubs, we had just bought a house so he wanted to do a small “housewarming party”. I set up for a small party and was dumbfounded when all his friends walked in with their tvs, Xboxes, PlayStations and energy drinks 😂😂😂 turned out fun though bc I went out with the girls and when we got back the living room was lit up with the cool lights and stuff from the controllers, etc. It was like a mini rave 😂
But even if she loaned her the TV and it was old, at the end of the day it is hers, she can ask back for it if she wants to. I don't believe her though but if that was the case, I don't agree with the judge.
