Judge raises Jamey Noel's bond to $1.5 million after new charges filed 

Judge Larry Medlock raised former Clark County Sheriff Jamey Noel's bond to $1.5 million on Tuesday. Noel was already in custody on 60 days contempt of court. That sentence expires Saturday, but Noel can't be released until Monday morning at the earliest, if he posts bond.
