I read somewhere that Newman is retiring in the next year. He was obviously biased against Alex. I know a lot of people don’t agree with me but I still say he didn’t kill his wife and son. He did a lot of crappy things and had serious issues but I believe he loved his family. Judge Schroeder was obviously demented and confused in Zach’s trial. It was painful to try to listen to him constantly rambling. He had no business presiding over that trial. So yes, I feel like they both need to go.

We’re on the same page Carol. I can be persuaded that Alex killed them possibly but not with the evidence submitted.

I heard Judge Schroeder was playing angry birds on his phone which is a bit much. Wholeheartedly unimpressed with both of them.

I’ve heard people say he did a good job in Rittenhouse but was already showing signs. And imo Newman was biased. Good points made. I don’t think there’s a cut off age but there has to be a way to figure out if they should be presiding in a trial. Sadly at Zach’s expense Schroeder being the only judge left who could have done it n wasnt quite all there, change of venue should have been granted. But just something else to bring up in appeal. Thanks for the comment TeeRee, I am going to be making a lot more shorter videos just to put out there for discussion. I don't expect many to agree with me but it would be boring if we all agreed on everything but these Judges don't sit well with me - I also know that many think the opposite. Hopefully you will enjoy further shorter videos - whether you agree or not, I just want people to think for themselves and make their own judgements.
