I recently watched Cohen on Meidas Touch political beatdown. Cohen made certain that he never discussed Trump but did say he had anxiety about testifying. That’s all.
He's also said that he wants trump to be held accountable because that's what he deserves, not because he wants revenge. Going to prison and losing all of the ill-gotten gains he has enjoyed should be the natural consequence of his actions, just as it was, and still is, for Michael.

When Michael Cohen comes on the Meidas Touch network he is very careful to NOT discuss the trial. I am beginning to wonder about CNN and why they are making misleading videos like this

He couldn't anyways. Michael Cohen is not the criminal defendant, unlike Trea45on, and has the 1st Amendment. I don't know why the judge said this, but Cohen stopped on his own about a month ago. 😊
@GraceMarie-cs2kk, I'm sure Michael Cohen realizes he doesn't have that kind of pull to tangle with Judge Juan Merchan in a court of law. The individual who resides in the state of Florida thinks his previous position, having served, gives him the authority to push the gag order issue to incite his MAGA supporters to do something drastic in the process. The sooner his egotistical & narcissistic mindset finds out that nobody is above the law of the land. The better he wants things to move right along with his hush money courtroom trial in the state of New York.

He can talk about the trial as much as he wants. He’s not under a gag order. It’s just reckless and he endangers the prosecutions case when he does so.

If you have seen his podcast with Ben Meiselas he stopped speaking about the trial last month. In fact the whole Von Schitzinpantz was first said last December after Adam Kinzinger said Trump smelled and after Trump would make that gross groaning weight lifting motion. It should not be forgotten, that it was during Cohens appearance before congress, that AOC asked whether or not trump should be investigated for financial (tax) crimes, and Cohen said yes. Leteita James heard that testimony, and started her investigation into the trump org.
@@heemlo649 Allan Weisselberg is now a convicted felon. trump owes almost 1/2 BILLION dollars, is barred from running his business in NY. And DA Bragg is likely going to convict him in the falsifying records case. So, I would say Michael Cohen was pretty credible.

With the Supreme Court being 6-3 right-wing, Trump's appeal to them will almost certainly end up being overturned because of some silly loophole. Cohen and the whole prosecution has to be perfect... and then that still might not be enough for Trump to eventually weasel out of any accountability.

My opinion of Stormy, from the first time I saw her in an interview was that she is unquestionably FABULOUS! There are a myriad of admirable traits that have only compounded as time has passed. She is someone I would be blessed to call a friend. IF I ever held pre conceived notions because of her occupation, and I'd like to think I'm not that shallow, I have none now. She has been "seen" AND appreciated for her intelligence, strength, humor, and overall goodness that is rare in our society. Keep doing you Stormy! Michael Cohen refrained from discussing the case on podcasts, as soon as the trial began. But, he had ads on TikTok of a T-shirt with Trump behind bars in orange. The Defense showed it to the Judge.
I watched a video of Fox News how Mickey Cohn is trash talking about Mr Trump, the presenter then said in her own words started to say Mr Trump can’t trash talk about them but quickly changed it to defend himself.

I thought he had stopped talking about the trial and DT.? I must have missed something (Twitter posts?). At least that is what he said he would do on his podcasts. Maybe I am being naive. Would hope that he knows better to give the defense any possible means to further delay, or potentially jeopardise, the trial - of which his life has been consumed by for many years - as acknowledged in both his books. 🤦🤷♂🙄

I'm a bit dubious that a connection between Trump and Weisselberg can be made - who will corroborate that Trump gave instructions or approved classifying the payment as Legal Expense. Or is that irrelevant given the fact that the transaction was indeed classified as Legal Expense - all Cohen needs to do is show the transaction was not for Legal Expenses.

The facts are coming out. The judge does not like to hear the facts so he’s becoming increasingly upset and taking it out on witnesses is unethical.

Fox does it all the time, so the question is a valid one. But since she ’s so interested in Gag orders... Maybe they should discuss tge gag order Cohen was on when he was a defendant in that BS trial he went away for 7 years on. Maybe they should discuss the gag order rebecca jones was put on when she was arrested. She wasn’t allowed to post anything, she wasn’t allowed to talk to the press at all.
