We need judges like R.Goagoi. Not like him who doesn't interested to listen matter properly but wasting time on arguing for uniform, language...etc. Actually like all fingers are not same in size of a hand as same as all judges are not same . Many judges they simply misuse their powers & harrass common by pending their cases more than 5yrs , in many cases they play nepotism by sitting at fully air conditioner room with complete perks & facilities.... But sometimes their powers make them cruel over innocent people And they forgot that Judiciary is for innocent people to provide them justice not to harrass them.

He is not a social worker to do that . And he is following law but he will obviously try to have an order in his client's favour and that's what argument is for.

मजा आ गया सुन कर। जब जज साहब ने बोल दिया कि ऑर्डर की compliance हो , तो बस उसे करना ही होगा। अन्यथा फायदा क्या हुआ इतने बड़े जस्टिस सिस्टम का। चाहे बाद में कुछ भी हो, सबसे पहले आर्डर की compliance होनी ही चाहिए। Thats all.

I am shocked to see that Judge has ordered to pass an order, and still they are arguing. He has said it like 20 times, and police and lawyer are not agreeing to pass the order. This is a clear contempt of court.

The DGP is hesitant to pass the order as he is not authorised to pass the order. Only the Administration of Govt that is Department of Home should pass. The appropriate Official to be called for contempt is the Home Secretary.

Actually, This is the matter of Inspector so DGP can pass order. If matter is related with the State police service or IPS officer then Home secretary will be required

The matter is just compliance of order which said fresh notices be given to petitioner before passing order by DGP. DGP took decision but did not issue notice as ordered by the High Court. DGP may take decision as per law but the judge is emphasizing on the notice part which was non compliance of order

The Hon'ble Judge is so patient exhausting his energy for a simple matter. This a contempt case and after the time of 4 months still after lapse of 6 months they still argue. We should not see only one prestigious side.everything has its own positives and negatives.Ips are correct in their place and judges are also correct in own place. There are a lot of cases in which judges r killed and brutally beated outside courts. Judges are also corrupt in large numbers So these videos are one sided in which judges are seem as god (supreme) but reality is different from videos.

My lord my humble submission that Quashing case U/S 482 may be taken on regular basis as other high courts are having regular bench on these sections as high courts are having inherent power under this section as Articles 226 and 227 of Constitution is important , these section is more important in criminal cases... warrant of arrest , section 82,and 83 of Cr.p.c ... my humble submission that kindly these cases are taken on regular basis and one or two bench should be there to hear these petitions.. my request in these regard as we are suffering a lot even law provide as protection

judges of highcourts and supreme Court are constitutional authorities. Their judgments shall be either obeyed or reviewed or appealed. The rules of departments are not above the judgments. Executives need to be educated. Government should give proper instruction to its authorities. To implement it. So that numerous contempt of court cases can be closed.

Now just one question. What about Judiciary not deciding cases within 6-8-10-12 months. If they don't do what is to be done...lordship. I don't comment on the merits of the present case though.

@@backtotheroots5509 lol, why the adjournments have to be given? 😂😂 Bhai, thodi toh research karle, in some provisions of law it is specifically mentioned that judge has to adjourn and mostly it is due to the litigants who either don't complete the formalities or make some procedural errors and then ask for next dates!

I am also a lawyer.. .But the truth is that Judge talk only in those matter in whom he is asked to talk. He give decision according to Fact... But the Facts can be changed by or made by Police only. Also In real life the true power to convert humans n make life better is only in hand of police not judge... N I am lawyer..but still saying judge is powerful only in court room only if he having all proofs but police is everywhere.. N I saw many times in court. That judge has given decision but later he himself changed that... So don't believe on only this video

Vakeel sahab, you must be knowing that during a trial the judge has to acquire the adversial role not inquisitorial, jo baat rhi aapki ki in real life it's only in the hands of police to make or break someone's life, I agree to some extent, par aap toh vakeel sahab hain pura kaanoon padha hoga aapne, crpc ka main focus hi iss cheez pe hai ki police ki baat ka yakeen na kia jaye haina? Dusri baat, konsi court mei dkha hai aapne ki judge ne without review apna decision change Kia ho? Zara enlighten karein vakeel saha

Big courage in Patna and MP High Court Judges in giving relief to litigants. Punjab & Haryana High courts must learn lessons. More than 30 years have passed, police authorities had made terrorism in state stating that no further action on Khalra commission report in which 28000 persons were killed / murdered through fake encounters / untraceable . No suo moto action has been taken by the High Court as well as by Supreme Court and remained duff and dumb till date.?????????? Rather the police bureaucrats got promotions and prizes from the higher government authorities.
