It's hard to call any of the characters in the show a favorite, because most of them are equally awesome. In the Live Action adaption though, Kaido is the only accurate one...
Imagine an episode where Saiki's powers go out of control again and send him to a parallel world. In this world, he doesn't have powers, but Kaido really is the Jet-Black Wings and Dark Reunion is real. Other characters are changed as well, like Teruhashi is considered ugly and Nendo is smart and popular. Saiki has to rely on Kaido to defeat Dark Reunion and send him back home.

@@milou2914 Many genres, shonen included. Shonen refers to the protagonists and the target for the anime (so who watches it). Not every Shonen has fights in it.
So I did it for a year and wanted to share my experience. That was the best year of my life on a very specific and seemingly insignificant topic : neither did I - or did again - reach such "I just had a pre-cambrian-like deep-breathing session of humongously-oxygen-enriched fresh air" kind of good mood, nor will I - undoubtly - ever send anyone these "we-just-routed-all-the-energy-of-japan-to-your-EVA-operated-railgun-so-dont-fuck-up-shinji" levels of energy when taking calls and engaging conversation. It was a very good year on this topic. Then everyone around me begged me to change it, even people I had just met. I don't really use ringtones anymore, they all sound bland and lifeless to me now.
There's nothing better than walk in the street, everything it's okay as always and suddenly JUDGEMENT KNIGHTS OF sounds and I feel the Dark Reunion approaching to me while I'm lmao and then I answer the phone call. Having that song as a ringtone is the best decision I've ever made.

@@TeamLegacyFTW It's better than Gintama. You need a lot of Japanese culture knowledge to understand the jokes. Nothing wrong with it, made me watch a lot of shows. Like Golgo 13 and others.
Animes need to be just like this, the characters are all unique and have their nice and funny moments and the episodes are amazing and never boring to see. Such an amazing anime, it was so much fun. I wish there was more like this.

That two girls, the one with a tan having psychic abilities and blonde girl with ponytails were surely sent by the Dark Reunion to cut short the screentime of our beloved Jet Black Wings! We barely get to hear "Judgement Knights of Thunder" anymore. Curse you Dark Reunion!😒
Kaidou is great because he is a Chunnibyo but a realistic person at the same time too. Though he lives in his imagination a lot of the times, he seems to grasp difficult situations really well. When he is serious, no one can match his coolness! The reason I like him so much is because of the letter he wrote to Saiki for his birthday. It really shows that he has a very mature side as well :))

I like how he's portrayed as the most easily scared character, but his act always the bravest when it counts. - The snake in classroom scene - When the girls get hit on (it's in the video) - When he and Saiki gets mugged - When Toritsuka leave Yumehara alone when they do bravery test
i remember seeing kaidou for the first time and thinking " oohh he is probably going to be a weird judgy side character" MAN I WAS WRONG I LOVE HIM SO MUCH
