This is straight fire folks. Now Doug may not agree with me here, but in light of all that he just laid out for us, does it now make sense why Paul had to tell the church not to despise prophecies? Does it make sense why the church so hates the gift of prophecy in spite of the fact that Paul told us that was one of the gifts that should be desired above and beyond the others and even sought after and that we could all operate in it and that we should operate in it as the normal functioning of his body. The church hates the prophetic word for the same reason the men in Micah did. They DO NOT WANT TO HEAR HIS VOICE. Why? Because his voice is ALWAYS a call to die. It's always a call to die because it's always a call to LIVE. And our flesh does not go willingly to the cross that the power of God and his life giving spirit may be resurrected in our spirits. The church wants the cross for fire insurance but they'll not have it as it is, which is the instrument of God's miraculous working power, God the Holy Spirit.
Amen-“For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.” (Col 3:3) “ it is a very difficult thing , a crucifixion in deed , for the natural man to do nothing and have nothing and especially to know nothing -T Austin sparks God says I have put you in the grave with my son and that was the end of that now everything has Got to be of another kind from another source all together it must all come from Christ risen and not from you at all T Austin Spark \õ/💗
I agree with pastor Doug that when we see God is hard, it is because we are hard BUT also, our concept of God can be distorted due to woundings from our parents in eary childhood. If you see God in a way that is contrary to scripture, it's worth the time and effort to work through those issues.
To know the truth is indeed Hard, many are incapable of hearing it... But we must not let the truth Harden US... remember the parts of the church the Lord favors over the face and body... Do not grow wary of doing good deeds, be his hands and feet... Don't be discouraged just persevere without becoming jaded, don't let the truth Harden YOU or hinder your message, make their ear receptive to truth, and rather than perceiving everything as condemnation try to think of the Lord's Laws and Decrees as constructive criticism... The Lord LOVES his children, we condemn ourselves.... Remember when daddy would say "this is gonna hurt me more than you"... Why would your heavenly father look towards you any differently than your earthly father, you think he wants his children to come to harm... Or eternal damnation ? Punishment is as always been for our own good, like the trials of adversity... It's the catalyst by which we grow and how God works his magic.... Only the Lord's wisdom could take every painful trial and experience in your life, put them in a blender, and create the most glorious milkshake that is YOU... Focus on the lost... Bringing them to Christ as the Lord smoothes out your own edges... We are all a Work in Progress... And much like our current jobs once we actually master the job we are promoted... Selah🎶 To clarify I don't believe any of us are a finished product until the Lord calls for us... Do you, enjoy the ride, stop comparing your life's to others, be thankful... And most importantly remember you will be judged by the same measure you judge others... So by all means walk that tight rope but whatever you do, don't let yourself be responsible for turning someone OFF to God... So again in closing, even though the truth is hard we must not let it harden us.
I hope you remember all the instances where the "prophets" of yahweh joyfully support the slaughter of the defenseless "ornaments" of neighboring nations.
Sure just Google it, if Google doesn't say it, it ain't so... Honestly Washington state's modus operandi would most certainly indicate they have the largest number of visits to planned Parenthood. I don't think it's a stretch at all, in fact maybe Doug is privy to information you are not, surely otherwise he would not make the accusation...
@@RayrifiedAire what do you mean? The MO of the university of Washington indicates they regularly visit planned parenthood?! This isn’t coherent. Best let Doug do your thinking for you.
@@aallen5256 Not long ago, a branch of Goldman Sachs invested in successful treatment of a very specific form of cancer, which prompted an internal memo warning that further successes would result in “revenue streams” drying up. Managing disease is far more profitable than eliminating it. What place does altruism have in today’s society? You’d get defunded or worse.
The problem with almost ALL reformed people is that they will read ANYTHING and EVERYTHING in place of the teachings of Jesus. Not only THAT, they will proceed to JUSTIFY why they shouldn't be reading Jesus at all. But one day, as I hope YOU know, THAT will all come to a screeching halt.
@@nathanrobbins2440 Nathan. WHO are you? Why do you ask ME to elaborate? Once, there was Jesus; 300 years later, there was a Pope. A thousand years AFTER the Pope, there was Luther, denying the Gospels. Then there was Calvin, denying the Holy Spirit. Now there is the Reformed, with 17 quotes from the Apostle Paul. I might as well have said that there used to be our Constitution. Now there is Government, by the government, for the government.
