It’s hard to figure out which kind of judge is better. Is it the judge who goes with their conscience in the interest of justice and sometimes ignores the law, or is it the judge who stays firm to the law believing one’s conscience to be a fickle standard? Interesting dilemma Matt faced. I’m a demon student who listens to every podcast weekly on my drive to my study partner’s house, and this was one of the better interviews I’ve seen.
