@@jezza669 so, this little interaction of ours, got me counting the syllables of that 'rhyme'. interestingly, it follows the syllable pattern of a haiku.
best chess streamer/youtuber by a far! jerry, you are doing a fabulous job on explaining moves, positions and ideas to anybody! even weak players like me! keep it up. thank you, sir!
After seeing some of these recent videos. I've decided that polgar is one of my top three favorites, in no particular, order along with Tal and Morphy! Absolute monster attacker, my favorite kind of chess. Thanks Jerry once again
That's a good one! To this day I haven't seen any worth watching analysis of Sofia's insane performance in Rome. Maybe send requests to Agadmator as well. Would be a fun mini series.
one of the most excellent, if not the best, and informative chess instructional videos...thank you....i got the most out of your commentary on moves that weren't selected or weren't the overall best, but you pointed out certain aspects of the position I had never and would never otherwise see....thank you ;- )
I love Judit and her games SO MUCH. What a classy, energetic and aggressive player. Her best games are *chef's kiss* and right up there with the best of all time, imho. Thanks for showing us some more of her games, Jerry. Cheers from Brazil 🇧🇷
I met Judit at The Tata Steel tournament in Wijk Aan Zee. Judit and Anand were both really friendly. I got my favorite piece of chess Memorabilia there. They gave out a book to players celebrating the 70th anniversary of the tournament and I got signatures from everyone in the GM-A section.
i didn't know spite checking was a thing in actual chess. thought we only did that in online chess. reminds me of a maneuver i cooked up called the "poor-man's checkmate", where if i'm losing i give a spite check and then resign immediately, which gives me the feeling that i won the game and denies the actual victor the satisfaction of negating my check.
Excellent analysis! I found both h3 and Re2 without pausing the video. Although I didn't look any further. Just seemed right. Thanks for another wonderful video!
