She's just lovely. Unique and much, much missed. Thank you* for all the joy and the tears, for helping to put me back together again, for the beautiful songs, the humour and the legacy. (*& The Seekers). 💖💖
So glad you found her before it was too late. She's gone now, but the love we have for her will carry her into the ages. God Bless! Rest in Peace, Judith. Love you. 8/5/2023
Very well deserved! What a beautiful, modest lady Judith is. I was born in the 70s but my dad used to play The Seekers songs when I was little. He had this machine with a huge round tape in it but don’t remember much else about it I just have that image in my head, I do remember how beautiful Judith’s voice was though, clear, pure and angelic. God bless you Judith
Judith isn’t just a wonderful singer, she’s also a thoroughly beautiful person and and inspiration to all. I was privileged to attend the Golden Jubilee concert at the Royal Albert Hall in London and it was one of the most heart warming and memorable musical evenings of my life.
I hadn't realised that Judith/The Seekers had been honoured. Great news and well overdue, a brilliant group who I continue to love listening to. What a wonderful voice
Hard to put in words just how wonderful she really is ,and all along her voice ❤😍, beautiful hair, AMD ALWAYS DRESSED LIKE A WOMAN OF CLASS ,had to put class in there not just to knock other people around 💙, she has a GIFT
My dad has rediscovered The Seekers and I've been learning about them myself. Judith is a fantastic person, I wish her all the best, and I so appreciate her optimism in this interview.
I'm of the same generation as The Seekers and have followed their career from the beginning, I've always thought Judith to be a beautiful person with an equally beautiful voice, God bless you Judith and may you continue in good health. Geoffrey. UK
Indeed, Paul. But the fact she has the personality of an 'angel' is more important. Rare to have such a talent and to be so humble with it. Only Agnetha and Frida from ABBA come close.
@@esthergetkate1739 : Thank you, God for the gift of Judith Dunham. The world was blessed to have received this beautiful soul. Her and her ‘boy’s’ music is universal and unforgettable. Rest in Heavenly peace, beloved one.
God Bless You Judith, You just don't realise how much we LOVE YOU & the BOYS God Bless & thank you for what you have given us, you make me so proud to be an Aussie.
I first heard Judith and The Seekers in 1969 when I bought Live at the Talk of the Town - I was 9 and I have loved their music ever since - that's now been 47 years. Thank you Judith and God Bless Australia x
The first time i heard them (the carnival is over) i was hooked. Wonderfull voices en songs. I stil listen a lot to their songs. The are loveble people. Love them.
What a wonderful woman!! What a gift all around! She is so humble, nice, and caring, and she takes her fans to heart. RIP lovely lady and God bless you. ❤ Great person!
So well deserved for Judith and "her" boys. Judith, Athol, Bruce and Keith... 4 times HUGE congratulations on this award. Your music will last forever! :).
Went to see them in Manchester on 29th of May . been a fan since I was a child . my sister used to play her seekers albums to me and id sing along , amazing group, and can still sing as good as they did all those years ago
I was born in 1950 and first heard of the seekers in 1965. Judith and the boys are an inspiration to me, and the entire world. Mike simard, Londonderry, newhampshire, age 71
The Queen has past, and sadly, my beloved Judith Durham is also gone. I cried to hear that her beautiful voice has been taken from us. If you can find it, there is a solo performance at the BBC where she sings solo. She sings Danny Boy and you will cry.
This gives me a shot of inspiration, she is very inspirational about taking a chance and I needed this message. We from the 1960s -1970s are all getting older also. its one thing we all know we have in common.
A delightful and highly intelligent woman who just happens to have the most wonderful voice I have ever heard. Ella Fitzgerald runs her close, but for me Judith takes the prize.
I had a stroke a few years ago and carbon monoxide poisoning. I'm working again, lucky I know everyday. But I can't imagine anything more inspiring than this, not just to survive but thrive. She has much more integrity than me.
Trudi LM; Don't be so hard on yourself; The fact that you've commented the way you have, despite surviving two 'heavy hits', shows a great deal of integrity.
I was born in 62 n I just never thought they’d stop playing Georgie girl!!!! It played everywhere n all the time. I didn’t know the name of the group but finally found them....hooray!!!! They are fabulous n her voice is one of the best ever!!!!!
