Number 7 in a series of 12 videos from basic to adavanced techniques, using Judo as a base for self defence, The first three video's being largely influenced by Kodokan Goshin Jutsu. The series should be followed from video one through twelve, as each stage is sequential in nature, building upon previous stages. Excellent technique. Look alot like the techniques I learned.

Sorry but that's neither Judo, nor effective. These are techniques typical for Ju-Jutsu or Aikido.. Probably someone found a suggestion of them in any book of some judomaster....BUT they are not in the Gokyo, they are no typical judo and there are MUCH more effective judo techniques than this!! Why this wrist throws? They almost never work!! Just push his arm to the side, grab around his waist, do Tani-otoshi/Ura-nage/Koshi-guruma...and finish with Hadaka-jime/Juji-gatame/ashi-gatame/sankaku-jime... That's simple, effective and Judo.
