I constantly find myself frustrated in bjj when I cannot execute a throw or pass because my opponents grips stop me. I will for sure try this. Thank you

Grip strength in Gi based grappling sports should not be underestimated at all!! It does not hurt though to have some grip fighting tricks up your sleeve ;-)
