Selenite and kyanite are great for cleansing crystals and balancing crystals. Selenite removes energy blocks and dispels negative energies. Kyanite aligns all the chakras and lets energies move into a resonance and common frequency.

Well, I eagerly went off to find some Elite Shungite to put in my water when I read a lab report that one of the sellers provided. I was disappointed to learn that it had an amount of mercury that is too high for my peace of mind. So, doing more research I learned it leaches other heavy metals into water. Here's a passage I copied from a peer reviewed article: Drinking water was treated with two shungite samples based on the application instructions of the used commercial shungite sample. •Both shungite samples released various heavy metals like nickel, copper, lead, cadmium, zinc, chromium and arsenic. •The released nickel exceeded the maximum acceptable concentration in drinking water up to 2 weeks but lead and cadmium for a few days. End of quoted passage. Therefore, I won't be putting shungite in my water. I just read that she passed away after a long illness...

Misty start with ruby and smoky citrine quartz. If you always feel negative or hear negative thoughts in your head the rubies will alleviate that and the smoky citrine quartz will absorb and dispel. If you suffer from bipolar add chalcopyrite to this collection. Put all crystals in your pocket for a day or two and then go without it for a week and repeat again and see if does anything for you; you might notice mood changes, if you do then it is working and that you may possibly have some negative entity attached to you or surrounding you so this is one way to protect yourself. Just because you can't see a negative entity doesn't mean that they're not there.
This is very unique and interesting! But I disagree on you portrayed the Leo Zodiac in your book, "The Crystal Zodiac." You portrayed Leo as too soft. It is the mighty LION of the Zodiac and its only natural predator. It is a powerful, courageous, assertive, regal, physical, and tempermental sign. And the Sun gives it strength, courage, energy, vitality, and majesty. And yet these qualities weren't mentioned as much for Leo. Astrologers need to describe and portray Leo as the powerful and intense LION it is rather than the kind cuddly kitty they want it to be. It's the LION of the Zodiac for a reason!
I just made a comment about that shungite water she's drinking. The shungite was probably leaching mercury, lead, and arsenic into her water. I'm guessing that might have had something to do with her illness and death.
