The plaintiff couldn't wrap his head around the concept that the homeowner has privileges that a tenant doesn't when it comes to having other people in the house.
If he's renting the room and paying his rent he should be able to have his girlfriend in his room unless he explicitly agreed not to in writing when he signed the lease.
@@weirdnomad8868 sorry bud but you cant move your girl in on someone else's dime. If the water, electric etc are included in the lease then the landlord has to be compensated for more water being used for example. There are also insurance issues as well. A lease is a legal document that explicitly states who is renting. You cant just break that signed agreement because you feel like it. Dont like the agreement? Dont sign it. You also have to respect the other tenants that dont want to listen to you and your girl having sex all the time. Dont like it? Buy your own place and be your own landlord.
@@umungus518wrong. If you go out and rent an apartment, you are allowed to have whatever guests you like. Renters have rights too. The landlord has to prove that the guest is a resident, and that’s usually determined by her reported nailing address or if all her belongings are there. Now, if the own can prove those things the homeowner has to file a court order for eviction and a sheriff has to come remove the tenant. This can take up to 60 days typically.
The plaintiff is shady. He's a well practiced liar "I have a video that proves my innocence....but it got erased" "My gf can confirm I didn't give her a key to house...but I lost her number so you can't call and verify that". I think JJ was really trying to give him the benefit of the doubt but so many things didn't add up with this guy.
Man went straight into deer in headlights mode when Judge Judy asked for the ex's number. Stuttering like the lying fool he is. After that moment you could tell she didn't believe a word exiting his mouth was truth. Way to dismantle an obviously habitual liar. 👏
JJ has been known to tell a lying plaintiif/defendant, I wouldn't believe you if your tongue came notorized! It could have been applied to this plaintiff.
money isnt everything.i wouldnt rent out a room or space even if i have a mansion.i enjoy life without other people interfering into my life.not worth the stress.
I hate when people say “they hung up in my face”. It’s so dramatic. No one hung up in your face. That’s over dramatizing. They can hang up in your ear or hang up the phone. But not “in your face”. Sounds ignorant
🤦IMHO why would you rent a room - in your home - to someone you do not know. Sure a family member or friend, but sharing your home with a stranger and their guest.
I love when the stupids come to court play victim and get roasted by the judge this dude doesnt even look believable huge huge lesson for the defendant no more room renting and btw its in his dna.....
