Save your pulp! Dry it out and then use it as a detox powder. You need the fiber from the veggies and fruit and juicing doesn’t give you that. Saving your pulp and using it as a greens powder leaves no waste!
I put my pulp of fruit thru blender then put my fruit pulp in a mason jar with some sparkling water. The pulp absorbs it. I then have a nice cold fruit gelato after my meal. You can add lemon zest. My veggie pulp I freeze and then use it as my base for soup. 😁😋 So good. No waste. Stays fresh for a week in fridge and freezer well at least 2 weeks.
I juiced this week and still felt bloated. I was aiming for 4-5 days, but I did 3. Definitely something to work up too. I also realized how little amount of fruit goes a long way. I spent about $60 on fruit and only used half. Definitely trial and error.
Dont forget fruit and veggies cause bloating to. Try these non bloating fruits & veggies spinach, cucumbers, Blueberries Cantaloupe Clementine Grapes Honeydew Kiwi Pineapple Raspberries Strawberries
One chicken breast has 31g of protein. 1 cup of kale has 2g. So to get the same amount of protein, you have to eat 15 cups of kale. I wouldn't call it a good source of protein since it is not sustainable for anyone to eat 15 cups of kale or more a day.

I'm not so sure the juice has much fiber left in it. It really takes tons of veggies to make juice and you'd probably want organic. I just made some with celery, red beets, kohlrabi, orange, apple, ginger, spinach, carrots, etc. Little tiny bit of juice, lots of mess! I'm going to try to make veggie burgers or the like with all the "leftovers" from the juicer. Can't bring myself to toss it because there are nutrients still left. Just sayin'.

Because you said you used the pineapple one to break your fast, then you said you take the orange one in the morning, but if you take it in the morning that means you've broken your fast already right? So please can you be more clear on which you take first in the day and when you take them...Thanks

I am allergic to apples 🍎🍏, so i will just use red or green green grapes instead of red or or green apples since they are similar in sourness and sweetness. Hope that helps someone that also is allergic to apples 😊
I can't wait to juice grapes! It sounds delicious. Apples have their own benefits. But, you can always incorporate other fruits & vegetables that have good health benefits.
Whats the point of washing a pineapple? Carrots and kale I understand but something like a pineapple or banana I wouldnt eat the skin of only the insides
It can cause bacteria to spread When prepping the fruit. Also, I like to use the peel of a pineapple and sometimes oranges/citrus fruits for a nice detox tea.

Is it ok to drink these drinks on a daily basis or only during a detox period? I love the pineapple ginger and I add a gut health supplement to it. Ive been drinking this every morning.
From what I've learned, you can drink it on the daily. But take breaks in between. Personally, I'll take a few days off if I know I'm doing an intense detox.
