Juicy blueberry muffins that you bake easily and quickly
flour
powdered sugar
salt
baking Soda
melted margarine
milk
egg
frozen, unthawed blueberries
Set the oven to 200°C.
Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in a bowl. Add the melted shortening.
Whisk together the milk and eggs and stir into the batter. Carefully fold in the blueberries (save some for garnish). Place muffin tins in a muffin tin and distribute the batter in the tins.
Sprinkle some lightly sugared blueberries on top. Bake for 20 minutes.
