Today we will prepare pasties from lavash and minced meat. They cook very quickly, from the available products, they are tender and juicy on the inside with a crispy crust on the outside.
Lavash 2 sheets
Minced meat 200 g
Onion 1 pc
Salt, pepper to taste
• Cut a sheet of lavash into strips.
• Mix minced meat with chopped onion, salt and pepper.
• Put the filling on the pita bread and fold in the form of triangles.
• Fry in a pan with vegetable oil and water (2-3 tablespoons for one batch) over medium heat, covered for 3-4 minutes on each side. Thanks to the addition of water, the triangles become more juicy, the pita bread is softer. And when the lavash absorbs the water, it will be fried in butter until it has a crispy golden crust.
