Juicy Chicken Burger Recipe
Chicken Patty:
Ingredients:
Minced chicken
Ginger garlic paste
Mixed Italian herbs
Green chili, finely chopped
Salt
Pepper
Mayonnaise
Coriander leaves, chopped
Bread crumbs
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Process:
In a bowl, combine minced chicken, ginger garlic paste, mixed Italian herbs, salt, pepper, green chili, mayonnaise, and coriander leaves.
Form the mixture into patties and create a small pocket in each.
Fill the pocket with a mixture of shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Cover the cheese with more chicken mixture, ensuring it is fully enclosed.
Coat the patties in bread crumbs.
In a pan, add butter and shallow fry the chicken patties until golden brown. Add onion rings to the pan and fry until caramelized.
Sauce:
Ingredients:
Mayonnaise
Pizza pasta sauce
Process:
Mix mayonnaise and pizza pasta sauce together.
Assembling the Burger:
Toast the burger buns.
Spread the sauce mixture on the bottom bun.
Place the cooked chicken patty on the bun.
Add caramelized onion rings.
Add a bit more sauce on top.
Cover with the top bun.
