100% agree with the chicken argument, I've worked in restaurants and NOTHING is washed, no one worries about behind the scenes when ordering. But to each is own cause I lowkey wanna wash my chicken sometimes lol

I tested this theory. Take some chicken wings and put them in a bowl of water with a tablespoon of vinegar. See what comes off of the chicken... lol I will always wash my chicken lol

I’ve been Executive chef for over 15 plus years and have trained staff at many locations Over the years . I have seen some stuff👀 I don’t know about the restaurant locations you’ve been at neither can I speak for them but I have seen some stuff 👁. It’s amazing to see how many places get smacked with hefty fines by food tech for not following the simplest of rules. It literally says in the recipe books for step one Rinse Seafood and Poultry, the only meat that isn’t rinsed is the steak cuts that come pre cut and pre packaged. Now whether the employees choose to follow this step I can’t vouch for because you can’t see what every employee is doing or not doing but they are supposed to . I agree with the patrons not worrying about behind the scenes part and that’s the crazy part.
