To me, this is a little confusing. The amount of training that she presented is about 1 to a maximum of 2 hours I think, whereas she says she trains 3-4. I mean, let's say she takes 1 hour for warming up and stretching (which is rather a lot for that process). Both the project climbs and the campus board training that she does, should take a maximum of an hour or so. I strongly doubt that she spends more than an hour on these. What does she do for the remaining 1-2 hours? Have I missed something?
Hey, I got what you mean. Maybe the video title is not perfect. I usually don´t do campussing, projecting and rings on the same day... The video is supposed to show everything to get an insight to what I do... But you´re right of course.. But usually I do these things on different days... Sorry if that wasn´t clear enough.
Juliane Wurm Hey, besten Dank für die Antwort (und Grüße aus Bremen)! However, I think I probably didn't make quite clear, what I meant. I did understand, that you do these things on different days, it's just that the projecting shown in the video seems to be not enough to fill 3-4 hours (the time that you train per day) with it. Again, thanks for taking the time to reply yourself! :-)
Oh man, wir sind früher wenigstens noch vorm Computer gesesssen anstatt den "Sport" Klettern zu machen. Ich und mein Kumpel Klaus haben immer Amiga500 gespielt, das war viel cooler
