Passive aggression comes due to fear of losing something or someone becos of the individuals authenticity that's deep to the core, so the idea of bringing the truth out might evoke hurt since that's what our minds make us think but it's not the reality... Solution: establishing your negotiables & non.... Help enforce ones boundaries and one has it easier articulating them...hence creation of a healthy environment.
