One of my favourite examples is in the (I think) Bloodborne episode where she goes from "oh okay a man" to "WHAT. JULIA." with one simple select-and-drag.
For me, nothing will ever top how flabbergasted Karina sounds when she says "Julia, is this BLENDER?!". You can hear how absolutely incomprehensible it is to her that Julia could, and would, do that
My favorite part of all that is Nathan's "When did you learn blender?" Because, unlike Karina, he seems aware of two things: 1. This is, indeed, blender. 2. As far as he was last aware, Julia specifically didn't know how to use blender. But only when paired, as a moment, with Julian immediately clarifies that she learned, in the video they were currently watching. On it's own, it doesn't even come close to topping Karina's flabbergastation.
i love how julia does the wildest shit while her friends and coworkers lovingly beg her not to. its genuinely one of the best parts of drawfee so this compilation is so up my alley it can legally be considered a strike
@@armleg absolutely wild that you recognized my username lmao what constitutes everywhere?? and my week has been alright, considering the circumstances, ig! hbu?
@Commandrogyne Mostly McElroy stuff, now Drawfee stuff (I’m a recent convert). A few other places, though I can’t remember exactly. Guess we have the same taste in entertainment, haha. I’ve just been slowly submitting to the cold, wondering if I’ll ever see the sun again. Typical January stuff.
Julia being the last artist to draw is always perfect because after an episode of chaotic, but predictable, art, the monster mom just comes right in to slap you across the face.
It's always great to see everyone else finish their drawings and then look at how much time is left in the video and find that you aren't even halfway yet lmfao
Let’s appreciate the following seconds/minutes after the revelation also: - Nathan’s mind working its hardest but failing to comprehend why and how - Karina being absolutely shocked about the how hard they’re all being flexed on - Nathan high pitch *when did you learn how to use blender?* - Nathan and Karina depression and exasperation with the answer - All culminating to the most depressed Nathan I’ve heard in the show muttering _The background for my drawing was the color _*_green_* *Chefs kiss*
I love seeing the setup for most of these reactions. They're just talking and kinda forgot about Julia temporarily until one of them is like, "Hold up, wtf is happening over here" It's like Julia can tell when they aren't paying enough attention to stop her machinations
I feel like she notices when they're not paying attention yea. It's like when Karina is talking about Neopets while Julia is giving her Aisha the most pained facial expression!
@@greekejones8406 the parallel universes comment was from a speedrunner's explanation of half-a-press super mario 64 speedruns, which quickly became a meme after it was released. I won't explain the context because really there's no way to contextualize what it feels like to be hit over the head with that line without seeing it for yourself so definitely give this a watch if you're curious ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-kpk2tdsPh0A.html
@@greekejones8406 something to do with anime, i think? artists draw themselves into a show? ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-3f1XRiqCifs.html i know she uses it for a bly manor speed draw as well
It's definitely one of my all-time favorite episodes. The slow burn of Jacob's terrified jet cascading into the horror of the Cozy Coupe..."chef's kiss"
Pitches for supercuts: •Jacob is not amused •Karina does not consume media •Nathan's gaming mind palace •Things that Julia doesn't know how to draw •Distant Surprise Characters, brought to you by Jake •Jacob is a bully/Willie hates Jacob •art crimes (things that make people say "NO") •DRAWFEE CHANTS (is the burger, like the burger! Citizens arrest! O ustice o eace!) •Drawfee crew making references to things their target demographic wasn't born yet when they existed •Art Hacks •Caldwell Vocabulary/Words that Caldwell Says
god I love Julia and I love everyone's reactions to her even more like?? 4:19 Jacob's casual speaking and then "-oH GOD JULIA...." and the classic "Julia, ........is this BLENDER????? JULIA?!?!?!?!" and 7:02 Jacob is like "what?!! have you ever seen a pope hat?" and Julia IMMEDIATELY responds with a flat "nah." like. ZERO hesitation. it kills me. 9:07 AND NATHAN SOUNDS LIKE HE'S BEING MURDERED IM CRYING and then his laughter I'm cryinggggg I need a compilation of Nathan just LOSING it
THANK YOU for listing the episode titles! So many of these supercut videos don't include sources in the description or the video itself. That leave me no way to check out any episodes I may have missed.
my favorites are the increasing panic of the others during the thomas the tank engine at 6:20 and their increasing delight at the yugioh furry bird head at the end
I can't wait for there to be enough content for a supercut of Nathan audibly having his bean freaked during Julia's speedpaints. Because they're my favorite moments.
@@olovambrosiuspersson3957 I don't know whether to say sorry that was one of the first or I'm proud of you for surviving and continuing... So sorry and congrats!! Lmao
Ive seen all of these episodes beforehand, and it still didnt prepare me haha. This compilation was phenominal. Pls do more compilations! I was in tears just remembering all of these moments. "Julia, can i ask you what you think pokemon is about?" Haha i was crying
my favourite thing is always everyone else's reactions. Jacob's panicked/confused breathing sounds at the beginning of the 'background drawing one' (5:22) are particularly excellent
An older moment in this genre that I’m fond of was Jake riffing on Julia’s sketching out perspective with something along the lines of “yeah, so in order to draw an even circle, first you must DESIGN THE MOST MAGNIFICENT FLYING MACHINE!” And I wish I could remember where it was from.
These drawing have actually gone from delightfully weird to genuinely disturbing, and nothing has changed about the drawings themselves, just the concentrated amount of Julia drawings all in one place is too much for me to handle.
Julia will forever be my favorite artist I've found on the internet. Her unique brand of bizarre creativity and cool headedness is outstanding! She is such an inspiration to me; though I don't know how emulate what she does, I respect her immensely.
@@olovambrosiuspersson3957 is it possible to request an edit for the back sprite video where Julia draws Egg? When she insists that Egg is sitting in an egg chair and starts drawing it, I immediately thought of her drawing of Exeggutor and Caldwell interrupts, saying something to the effect of "Julia, this needs to be addressed. You don't know what eggs look like. You need to get better eggs."
You. *You did this to me.* This was the first Drawfee content I ever watched and it has ruined my life. I have given them so much of my money. I have met them twice. I have watched them every day for over two years now. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
