The lyrics are so real. None of that silly..."oh but I love you, forgive me" When you really listen to it, and take in the word's, you can imagine the mental struggle of a long relationship thar has been difficult and full of turmoil, one that has been hard to keep going through with all the hard obstacles. You love that person, you try, but through the emotional exhaustion you question yourself, your resolve, thinking is this really worth it, should we keep trying? All the while remembering the "good times" you have enjoyed together. Do we really want to try and make this work? I can vividly see the back and forth thought process you experience, "should we stay together, should we go our separate ways?" So I ask... All relationships get hard at time's, if you didn't have to work hard for it...would it still be worthwhile?

I saw her live and she started crying bc of how overwhelmed she was about this song. Here u can also see the emotion in the lyrics and performance and im sure that a lot of people can relate to this song and the emotion she puts into it makes it 300000 times more real and I LOVE IT

I lasted 4 years in a relationship with a guy who only started trying when I was on the brink of giving up. I stayed longer than I should have because the best in me wanted it to work so badly. In the end, I loved him enough to stop the hurting. It was just toxic environment all those years, and we needed to let eachother go for the sake of our own happiness. It’s a sad reminder of what could have been but I remember that if I was worth it, he would’ve tried from day one. 😢

I have been following Julia since her work with Ian Kirkpatrick back in 2012, before ANYBODY even knew who she was. I even have some of her earliest demos and unreleased tracks. She's come such a long way and deserves every bit of it. She's by far the most influential and deserving artist/singer songwriter in my opinion. Her music is so inspiring and touches so many people in different ways, with her raw and beautiful voice, and personality, so many people can connect with her. She definitely deserves all the best.
