Julia Rawson disappeared from the town of Dudley, UK, in 2019. CCTV showed her talking to a man in a pub, and then vanishing. That man was Nathan Maynard-Ellis. Nathan and his boyfriend, David Leesley, have a very sick obsession.

The removal of her kidney reminds of Jack the Ripper. I think this guy was trying to live out some kind of sick fantasy. It takes an evil person to do something so gruesome. There's no rehabilitating someone that can murder and dismember another human being. He should never see the light of day. What's so scary and sad is seeing the video of her chatting friendly with him. She was completely unaware of what he was going to do to her. Then to see them getting rid of her body like she was nothing is just awful and chilling. That poor woman.

I warned my mother, she lives next door, when my father died last November to be more careful about her interacting with other people and to not share too much information. She is always 'kidding' and somewhat gregarious because she likes people. She told the garbage collectors that since her husband died she needs to get rid of tools and if they knew anyone and here is the phone number. About a month later one of the men called and said, "I see the way you look at me and I would like to come over," my mother is nearly 86 years! I reminded her about my warning and how she needed to be careful. I think she is now paying attention. I hope.

Don’t treat getting drunk in public as a form of recreation in the first place. (Edit: that came off as harsh and victim blaming which I didn’t intend. I just think that alcohol is a really dangerous drug. It isn’t just the negative impact which it has on your health directly, but it’s also the way it encourages you to let your guard down and be too friendly and trusting. Rest In Peace Julia, you seemed like a really lovely person, this should never have happened to you and those two men are entirely responsible for this tragedy ✌️💕)

@@buttercxpdraws8101 Not wanting to victim blame either, but in the video footage she does appear to be quite intoxicated as she walks over to her killer and proceeds to unzip his top and put her hands on him... Obviously doesn't warrant her being killed, but with hindsight it wasn't a good move... What That Chapter and so many other True Crime channels tells us is that are a ridiculous number of evil/crazy people who are capable of murder around. Getting drunk and going to a strangers house just seems too risky these days, I guess it's always been risky but with the advent of RU-vid we're now more wary of just how many nutters surround us. I think this exact thing all the time. Many of the decisions/mistakes these victims made, I've made myself, multiple times. My saving grace is that I've always been fortunate enough to have good people around me to keep an eye out for when I get too crazy. Even new acquaintances have looked out for me, as well as good samaritan strangers. I truly am thankful that nothing even remotely this horrible has come my way. I'm so glad I've changed my ways, because good luck doesn't last forever.

@Tigerlily81 i didn’t say anything about drinking or dancing but you can pray to the LORD for Him to take a predator away from you, the bible says the effective fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. and God says “call to Me in the day of trouble, I will deliver you and you shall glorify Me.” and in james 5 it says that elijah was a man like us and he prayed to God that it would it rain, and it didn’t rain for three years and six months. And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit. and that’s one of the worst excuses i ever heard to sin, imagine a murderer telling a judge “but people have been murdering for years! so it’s okay that i did it” that’s foolishness. and dancing and drinking is not evil, but dancing in an evil way and for an evil reason is sin. and drinking to get drunk is sin because 1 corinthians 6 says “do you not know that the unrighteousness shall not inherit the kingdom of God? be not deceived, drunkards will not inherit the kingdom of God.”

Pretty sure it would have been. A pure chance to meet someone so quickly willing to come home. Having said that, if they had not got caught they'd become proactive in catching victims instead of reactive.

Mike, I just want to say that I've been watching you for a long time and I've always appreciated your ability to be light hearted but not disrespectful to the dead. You're a good man and I'll stay subbed forever 😍

What a case! Thanks for covering this ol' one, Mike. Julia seemed so chill, a good human being. So tragic her life ended in fear and pain. I hope nathan and david get their karma returned in the pen, 10 fold.

Glad to hear you're not a wannabe killer, let alone actual, let alone serial, Mike. :) Yep. looking into my internet history would suggest I'm some kind of disturbed person. I promise I'm not. You're the best :) Always with humour, compassion, accuracy, lots of context which draws us in. Thank you!

Holy crap. A changed set of circumstance can have such crazy consequences... Terrifying to think that some small decision can have such a big effect

Getting drunk and going home with someone you just met is not a small decision and we live in a batshit world where it would ever be considered so.

It's Saturday morning here and I'm happy to see a new video, thanks Mike 😉 There are so many cctv cameras in England, they can read your licence plate and follow you around the country (unless you use smaller rural roads). I've seen so many cases where cameras were used to find out so much over there.

yes, but we still have dickheads moan about their infringement of privacy and these people do not want more cameras. LOL. must be nice to be more concerned about your privacy, than about being raped or murdered etc.

Just saying; i'm diagnosed with autism, chronic depression and ADD and i'm also a big horror and serial killer/real crime geek. I've actually never said a mean word to anybody in my entire life and, of course, never laid hand on anybody or even had a thought of doing so.

I've been digging your channel the past two days; you have an entertaining way of telling stories. Good job- and the thing that compelled me to subscribe and like was the lack of begging for it like every other youtuber. Well done!

As soon as I saw the thumbnail my heart sank, I don’t remember the case as it happened but I was born in Dudley. This was so close to home and it was the first time I’d properly realised stuff this horrific can happen anywhere, not just America or London. I hope Julia’s loved ones are doing as well as they can in the wake of her loss. 2:16 I’ve driven past that Pegasus many a time and it never stops looking dopey lmao-my favourite though is the roundabout with the Miner statue-as a kid people would put traffic cones on his head and last time I drove past he was sporting the Black Country flag which was nice to see. If you’re ever in the area I recommend a trip to the Black Country Living Museum!

Holy cow, she sure didn't look like she was in her 40's. She was such a cutie. I just don't understand how people can be so cruel and brutal. It's so awful what those animals did to her. Glad they finally got the killer. Great video as usual Mike. Heartfelt thanks for all your dedication and hard work on these excellent videos!
