Looks like you have five individuals who didn't work on Hook who agree with you. I worked with 23 year-old Julia on Hook, and I may confirm that it was a true pleasure for all of us cast and crew members - so kind, positive, professional, humorous and yes, beautiful.
I love hate the film. Some great scenes. A few cringe scenes. But the most jarring was Julia Roberts as Tinkerbell. I'm not sure if it's her performance, or the writting. It just really takes you out of it everytime Tinkerbell is on screen.
I know she had problems during the production of Hook, but she turned out to be a great Tinker Bell. Better than her recent roles. Julia is a great actress, but her last 5 star performance was in Erin Brockovich.
