@channelwilko yeah that's what I was wondering, whether the radio commission was used for the Boosh radio series... but there appears to be no documentation of what he did with it anywhere...
Julian's from Leeds too, my neck of the words and also the true capital of the UK, y'see London is a decoy and I only know this information because it was accidentally beamed into my brain during a routine cat scan.
@calumhm I've actually never seen Julian's stand-up 'til now, and I'm not quite sure how to feel, but I've seen Noel Fielding (the femme man you describe) and he's quite creative. He's very clever and creative, winding through stories and whatnot. It's a bit refreshing to see something different. But, mainly I like the two not for stand-up but for what they've managed to do with the Mighty Boosh. That's like imagination fuel. And they both seem like really nice people most can relate to.
@cidp012 In essence, I agree with what you said but at the same time there are comedy awards with judges... Though there are funny moments in this video I don't think he's as funny as he is with Noel and vice/versa. If Bill Bailey was doing a set and not just playing with his band, my PERSONAL TASTE would have led me to vote for him... each to their own, eh? Give all comedians a grand I say
@killapathy I know what you mean. I'm a matt berry and richard ayoade man myself, I don't see why people like Julian and the femeine guy (i forget his name) so much
oh, and check out my comedy trio, we have plenty of gigs coming up from now untill late November and beyond. Search for Found Objects Band in your RU-vid search bar and our podcasts on iTunes. also, check out our website foundobjectsband.co.uk... thanking you kindly xXx
@benwapples OMG! It must be, no-one elses hair hangs down like a shower curtain like that :) (before anyone jumps on me for that comment, see Part Troll)
