Once you get Julie’s stunt double to 3 she will be hard to catch. Plus I run empowered and highly skilled with her. I put 35 in toughness and in strength. Believe me this build actually works.

Me personally i think she's the weakest character. Her ability is awful, is only good from hiding you from Cook but thats it. Sonny's wall hacks is way better, OP and more useful and helpful imo. But what i really hate about Julie is how she cant get a healing perk with a good amout of attribute points Bounce back better is a fixed perk on her, is not random and is only available with few attributes points Also there's the annoying and misleding bug with the family proximity warning, is really bad I like to use empowered, fight back and choose fight and put all the points into toughness and strength And keep stunning the family and getting healing from close encounters

You guys need to move on from this game it's boring and dead
