Killing off Juliet was the biggest mistake the Lost writers ever made. It really left a hole in the show. One of the shows flaws were that the writers killed off the characters who were the most important ones and let the characters who served less purpose to the show live. What i loved is that despite Juliet was dead, she wasn't gone. Her very presence was felt in every single episode in the final season and since the premiere the whole season had been building up to Juliet and James's reunion ❤ But Juliet's death was something that truly emotionally traumatized the audience. Not even Charlie's or Locke's deaths left this kind of a impact on the audience. Her character had become the most iconic and strongest one in the show. I remember when season 6 started airing in 2010, fans were so angry about Juliet that some of the fans actually said on message boards they'd quit watching Lost. Juliet and Elizabeth Mitchell's popularity had gone to the roof after season 6 premiere. Everyone wanted Elizabeth to come back to the show. One of the most hilarious things about the final season was how Kate's character was written as if she didn't matter anymore. None of the characters really bat an eye to her. She practically stopped existing to Sawyer and Jack and one of the hilarious scenes was when Claire attacked Kate and Sayid was watching the scene as if nothing was happening 😂
This hurts me more than any lost thing ever could :( Like the poor baby deserved to live :( Her and Sawyer were so perfect, I'll never recover from this 💔💔 Him whispering "I'm sorry baby" will never stop hurting :(
