She is a criminal. She overstayed after her USA visa expired, she got a job with fake social security number, she got private scholarship, she got married to get green card, her parents also overstayed on expired visa. After watching her interview and seeing her get this publicity is a slap on the face to legal immigrants like me who came here on work visa h1b, worked 10 years and got gc. I know millions of people in India are waiting for this opportunity but a unethical person like her lied and broke all the laws and somehow became a citizen.
I am legal immigrant who attended visa interview and landed in the country with all documents as a resident on a dependent visa.I underwent so many level of checkings and after landing I applied for work authorization and have been waiting for months . Being qualified having recieved eudcation from University in the USA, investing in the economy and will be a prospective tax payer its just saddening to see how these people have more previleges than I or other legal immigrants. I choose to enter this country and I have regards and will undergo the time consuming process i am fine with that and I am willing to abide by the rule. But I just have a question to all citizens and premanent residents please tell me if I am or all other legal immigrants are being punished by such time consuming process because we followed your law ? While these people have all liberity and do anything while i just sit and watch and keep waiting for documents before I start my employment After investing in the economy? Not to forget I have paid all fees required for each and every document .
