It’s true. That’s disrespectful but as usual they’ll make him the bad person for standing up for the truth. 2 hours late. A judge! She was being blatantly disrespectful, it’s not about questioning our leaders because respect is due but rather holding them accountable because tax payers dollars pay them,
Can you imagine she puts a warrant for arrest if Julius didn't turn up for a major case, many judges don't care about upholding the law, they just like the power, and how they can make your life miserable like inept police.
She doesn't respect Africans because they've gotten away with crimes against humanity and still kept the wealth, land, resources. If it was the other way round.....lord help Africans
What? "...African nations are starting to stand up and call out the disrespect that they face????" Do you live under a rock??? Did you miss generations of African history? Time for you to do some research and not Fox non News. hmm
@@AnnetjiePocock Numbnuts, the European and Americans are now beginning to take them seriously, where in the past, they continued to impose their will on them! Think before you open up your stinkin' trap!
We been standing up, thats why we were involved in the arm struggle at 7 years , i never slept at home we were rsaided and , we were fighting the system.
That's right Julius Malema you put this so-called Judge in her place and rightfully so!!! She needs to be held accountable for her disrespect and being late!!!
These white people in Africa is not judges, They are Roman invaders, that brought their white Jesus and their Roman Law to South Africa, THe best thing for South Afriv=ca to dom is Kick these heathen out of their country, Let them go back to European
That is right, Mr. Malema, tell them there will be some changes on the continent because we are electing new leaders everywhere in every city, country, county, and town in Africa, and our rules and regulations must be enforced and respected to the fullest! White supremacist misbehaved will not be accepted any longer!
Tell it! When African leaders stop thinking of them as gods, things will change on the continent! God never said they were superior beings. Africans must put their feet down!
Just vote her out not sure how things work in SA if it’s on the principles of the west there should be a way of kicking her out and giving her position to someone worthy
I do hope some of the African nations have a re-think and elect people that will actually do something for them. I do notice however, that African nations have been independent for decades now and no real improvement has been noticed. They have gone backwards. I think blaming anything that displeases black Africans on "white supremacy", hides the real problem - the corruption, tribalism and nepotism in many African national administrations. Does anyone want to try and tell me the South African government is not corrupt? How about Zimbabwe? Last time I checked, European countries do not suffer military coups. Time to 'up your game' Africa and start showing the 'whites' how things should be done.....eh? Come on - has not been much to crow about so far, has there?! As for Malema, I do hope he remembers the word 'respect' when it comes to his solution for dealing with the Boers in SA. I will await with interest his actions, when and if that time comes. If the 'Plaasmoorde' is anything to go by, then he may again, conveniently forget what respect means.
..this is why you must master your identity in order to recognize when you’re being disrespected , being WOKE isnt a trend it’s our lifelong self care to live longer because they’re not disrespecting you, they’re disrespecting what you represent. When you deny your blackness you have to depend on the ideologies given to you instead that only help to make you more acceptable to live an undermined existence.
@@sharongongota2837 I appreciate and respect your contribution, but from my schooldays, I remember that the word "woke" is used in the past tense of the word "awake" (I woke up = a completed act....I am awake = an ongoing situation). The work "woke" has been hi-jacked to assume a different meaning these days and is used as a pejorative, as many words are now. There is a difference between these two words. "Awake" is the state of consciousness. "Woke" does not mean the same.
The beauty of living in South Africa 🇿🇦 is our democracy allows to question our leaders and also tell them to ffcuk off if they not doing their job properly without being punished for it..
@acappella... "tell them" but still remain subject to their "not doing their job properly." The punishment is there indeed... doing nothing beyound "telling them" but still them being in their position and people suffering from their careless incompetence.
@@marshalldamons2663 Any time a warrior fights for his people he is labeled. The worst Tyrants in the history of mankind are the colonizers and slave masters. Julius Malema is an Economic Freedom Fighter for all Africans world wide.
I think this man is of his time. He is perfect for today’s Africa or better yet today’s world. He makes me proud and I am African American. Moving in the right direction…
You lost my American boy I think you have much more worries in your own country.malikie God made thousands jobless don't believe social media confusing all of us black aases
They should just leave and challenge any potential ruling she makes against them in their absence. If she has such a deplorable record, there should be a way to get her off the bench.
It is more than disrespect...most African office holders have no accountability of office time. ...it is also lack of social consciousness and respect of people institution.
That’s the problem, law makers, judges, and police don’t have to follow laws but we’re punished if we don’t including paying a lot of fines and no one should be exempt from the law
Yes she should be on time and stop this disrespectful behaviour. I’m thankful to Julius Malema for speaking up for respect for his people. These people have to rid their colonial minds and treat us with the dignity we deserve
It's impossible to question a judge in Nigeria for everybody in a position of power behave as if he or she is a god and the people are too scared to dispute that. What we have in Nigeria is democrazy. The country has a democracy by name only and the people are treated like slaves, especially the poor. It's unfortunate and shameful. I hope our people can learn something from people like Malema and stand up for their rights.
Is this the Nigeria which has been independent since 1960? What on earth has happened over the last 63 years? Is this the fault of 'white supremacy' also? Malema is a dangerous man. Irrational and vengeful. Maybe he was bullied at school.....
You got to start them at the beginning they will keep doing it like my mother used to always tell me people can only do to you what you allow them to do so stop them Julius Malema because Disrespecting people is a form of oppression too Almighty God hate any form of oppression stop it at the beginning🎉
@@fredrickprice2037 I’m a Black from the US we have all kinds of names in this place but trust me I’m with Afro hair and stand 10 toes down for my folks.
Please, please South Africa, start taking the issues into your own hands!! When you wait for such a judge for 10 minutes and she is not there, everybody MUST LEAVE and go home!!! Make it a wide spread shining the lights on her! This should be easy to bring out to the public, holding them accountable!!!!
Im definitely leaving America to go back to Africa cause in America dark skin people don't even desire other dark skin people a lot of them don't. A lady asked me today was I a passport bro and I said h... yea I'm a passport bro 😂
@@TheEaglady yea there are some I know but usually they be the much older ones. The younger ones including around my age usually desire light or wht people. Either way tho I'm tired of being around them type of people anyway.
I love this man man he don’t care who you are, and I absolutely love him with the most respect he’s absolutely right his time is just as important as hers and I’m glad he called her out
Lived in and born in Africa and I absolutely can say that being serially late is a cultural norm within the Black population of SA but generally doesn't apply to Whites, Coloureds and Indians.
Lol, """ill discipline""" every appointments should be honored and treated with respect. And that judge knows that. 2 ,3, hours later , and the behavior is constant. I would have to agree. She is"""ill disciplined""" You don't do that to nobody. Me! I'll give you two minutes grace time. Then I'm gone. People have a life and things to do instead of waiting around for a person that knows their supposed to be at an appointment. """Ill discipline""" and DISRESPECTFUL
If afrik is for Africans why 15 million Africans settlers in Europe and keep coming every day, as seen on TV. Why don't you go to ruzZia. You going to be ruzZified, you just don't know it yet.
The judge is in her office a few minutes away. She should receive a notice that her presiding as judge will be needed in court. She did not receive any notice and made that known to the legal team upon arrival. If we speak of disrespect, let's place it before the right door.
👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 tell them brother Julian. I love that he’s stood ten toes rooted in his unabated and unabashed condemnation of this blue foot judge.
He's telling the truth here. Judges or any other institutions, you don't always come to late for work. The judge is not the Law she supposedly to be in the court in time.
Living in North America, punctuality is highly valued and lateness is seen as bad manners. Being ontime just shows good manners and respect for people you are meeting with.
We have nothing like that in this country, well perhaps we do but they put them all in prison. Africa! South Africa! Stand by this man and protect this man at all cost.
JM is right. No one, including judges, is above the law. The judge must be impeached and removed if she continues to violate and disrespect the law, court proceedings and procedures, the parties before the court, and the public. This judge MUST apologize for her behavior, and she MUST be sanctioned if she continues to disrespect/ violate the rights court proceedings and procedures.
Absolutely correct should have asked the judge or the courtsif you arrived in court 2+ hrs late for your hearing? Sir I applaude and salute you for your courage ❤.
Bravo to Malema. Irrespective of who.... Please be punctual. Peoples lives and even freedoms need the alotted timeframe! My hope is he does not get disadvantaged in any way for respectfully speaking facts. Karma never forgets an address, so the judge in question will do well to heed Malemas wise words,, else karma will teach judge a LIFE lesson! (which Judge is apparently in dire need of!)
I believe the judge did apologised saying that she didn’t know they were ready, and if someone could let her know when they’re ready in future she’ll be on time.
My leader has done it again keep it going, i love this particular African leader all the time and I will shift to south Africa just to see him pressing on and silencing the goons of one kind or the other.
