Got a 36 inch 22 lb with a pearl white spin doctor with a KRW green dolphin fly I bought at Tangled Tackle...they said I just missed you...when I was there....out of Grand Haven...high diver set on 3 180 feet back...the fish are not where you think they are...my only hint where I marked a ton of fish....must set up on any boat.
HI Capt, thanks for all the videos. Been watching them for a year or more by now. Quick question on spoons. Seems like a good and prolonged spoon bite this year. Never hear much mention of flashers/dodgers/rotator etc. Are you running most of them plain or with attractors? If yes on attractors, any tips? Thanks Capt , Dan from VT

What is the best way to reset a high diver over your down rigger and low diver? I made my 1st salmon trip in my boat last Tuesday, and I definitely had a few tangles. I appreciate all I have learned from you. Thank you!
move your low temporarily to the other side of the boat, let it out under tension from the moment it hits the water, use the drag and let it creep nice and slow.
@tangledtacklefishing thank you so much! That hit the nail on the head. I did notice your high diver rod was positioned higher from the water. Is that simply for separation? Sorry for all the questions. I am just a dumb saginaw bay walleye guy.
