This is a quick July 2023 progress update and how I am constructing my control panel for the Escarpment!
For behind the scenes content and updates on the Coal Loader project, the link to my Escarpment Facebook Group is:

All the build and track planning has been undertaken in Anyrail 6, for the Escarpment construction. This is an HO Australian model train layout build loosely based on the Illawarra South Coast line.

Hi Tim, I think the video will just be the making of the actual control panels. The actual artwork can be done in many different drawing/photoshop type software..cheers

Hi Ken, the step by step video is in progress. The PCB I had design and then sent to a manufacturer to produce. The design has the reverse connections built in and it sits over the mini DPDT lugs to be soldered..cheers

Thank you for the comments. How would you wire the panel so that 2 opposing peco electrofrog turnouts can be controlled to act together when activated by a one dpdt switch with green leds on the through leg and red leds on the diverging leg (not bipoloar leds). A sketch would be nice. I Look forward to your reply. Stay waqrm.

Hi Ken, While I'm not designing that configuration, the concept is the same. Hi Jason, good to see you back in the jumpers while I’m in shorts and tee shirt😁 Great panels mate, they really do look the part. I’m going back to the DCC Concepts cobalts although I’ll be using analogue this time, much cheaper than the digital. I would like to see a step by step guide mate, it’s always helpful for someone that has half a clue (which is dangerous sometimes!) just so as I have a starting point. When you first introduced your control panels and the idea of the image in their background I was concerned that they would look "too busy". My concerns weren't realized. My gosh Jason, those panels are outstanding in concept and as we have come to expect of your work, the finish is extraordinary. Yet again, well done in execution and you really have quite a vision to make "mundane" components exceptional.

The hard work and perseverance paid off, those panels look very professional 👍 You’ve seen my effort and it pales in comparison! I’d love to see a step by step on their construction for future reference. I know you’re on the home stretch now but would an led bezel have helped with the light glare on the back of the panel ? (Did you get enough pcb’s ? Maybe a shit ton instead of a shit load ?? 🤣😉)

Thanks Gary, they have been a long time coming, especially when you add procrastination 😁. I will do a step by step video, as there has been a number of requests. Initially, I did have black bezels in the setup, but I liked the ckeaner front look without them. The black paint was just precautionary . Lol with the PCBs, but I knew there would be a few people that would be wanting to get their hands on some..cheers
