The hot dogs are such a cute idea You could actually put foil around the skewer on the bottom and cut it up Fringy like to look like flames. Not sure I explain that well but I hope you get my vision lol😂

Homemade pimento cheese far exceeds any store brand. I combine sharp cheddar and Monterey Jack, sometimes pepper jack cheese, finely minced green onion, Duke's mayonnaise, paprika, salt, freshly ground black pepper. Blend well. Refrigerate before serving, more mayonnaise can be added right before serving if your pimento cheese is too dry. My favorite way to eat it is either on a bed of butter lettuce, or a stuffed tomato: slice the top of a tomato off, make 4 slits, careful to cut all the way down, stopping before cutting wedges completely. Hull out the middle of the tomatoes and stuff with the pimento cheese. Finally, my favorite way to enjoy pimento cheese is between 2 pieces of your favorite roll, soft rolls work best, croissants are amazing. Enjoy!
