Very cool! Ironically I am on an offshore facility working on a swing of a G3608 compressor engine and your video showed up. I also share work videos via RU-vid but set many unlisted so that they don't get recommended to people I don't decide to share them with. Hope your job went smoothly. I have been on site 21 days so far and it's not all together yet due to parts delays and the recent hurricane and weather.
I’m sorry guys this was just a video I uploaded for the purposes of sharing with work related people. It never crossed my mind that anyone would watch it besides those intended. This was a swing for a gas compressor. It runs in the elements daily.
Hmmm, I take it we are installing a new CAT diesel on a ship, barge or who knows what? Total waste of time. Takes lots of time to say what's going on I guess. Grrrr.
why does the engine come out of the engine room onto the open deck with no protection from the weather, lowering the engine into the bed of a large refrigeration plant or gas compressing plant ???????????????????????????
