Great timing. In the middle of doing my first junk journal and having a terrible time printing double sided, choosing papers, and figuring out which papers should go next to each other. I’m spread out all over the dining table lol. Meanwhile my husband wants dinner (what nerve 😂)and the dog wants to go play w his friends. Like I have time for these things 🤣. Thnx for posting this video!

I'm so excited for this little journal project ! I finished my cover today and have my signatures the way I want them. Tomorrow they will get sewn in ! This is a great little journal and love that it’s gonna turn out chunky, my favorite! I haven’t started yet due to having 4 grandkids for a week and half then 4th of July came and I had to take a few days off to recuperate but I’m anxious to get started!! Thank you DJ for this awesome project ❤❤

I am so excited to be joining in with you in this craft along as it is my first time to do so. I was so happy when receiving the notification this morning that you have uploaded part two. I will be using fabric for my cover, and I am going to do 3 signatures as I am using a HP ink box and the spine is quite wide, and still plenty of room for goodness to make it nice and chunky. I want to stitch my signatures from the outside as want to hang some beads and dangles. You want to see my work space if you can find it, lol as while I have been waiting I decided to make another Christmas journal to keep me out of trouble. so I have papers galore, and in amongst that I have l my kit ready for the off of yours. I wont be able to work on it today as we are on grandparent duty as my son and daughter in law are going to a wedding. So I will be playing with dolls, some paper crafting, puzzles and board games. She is only 4 and we enjoy every single minute with her. Looking forward to part 3. have a good day. xx

My first journal with fabric was a trainwreck. I've got better since. I enjoy using fabric, it's more forgiving than paper. I'm planning on doing mine with same type as yours, but I'm behind. Working on another journal right now.

I use a sugar belle icing piping bottle for my fabri-fix and I use a bent paper clip to keep it closed…unless I forget and leave it upside down in the coffee mug I use to hold it upside down when I’m using it 😂

Question - are any of the pages from the kit printed on regular copy paper? It's hard to tell for sure, but it looks like some are on slightly heavier paper and some on light weight cardstock.
